Stampin’ Up! Whale of a Time
Between the beautiful colors in the paper and the cute little sea creatures, I can’t stop playing with Whale of a Time 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper.
Today’s card takes little to no time to assemble (all the measurements can be found below the Supply List)! I started with a base of Balmy Blue cardstock. Next, I adhered a piece of Whale of a Time 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper to a piece of Pacific Point cardstock. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of this layer before placing it on the card.
The sentiment was stamped onto Balmy Blue cardstock using Pacific Point ink and the stamp set, Today’s Tiles. I usually stamp my sentiments onto Whisper White cardstock but when I tried it with this card, it seemed too harsh so I went with Balmy Blue which kept with the theme of the ocean. The sentiment was placed where I could cover up the least amount of turtles. I used the Layering Ovals Dies to cut out the sentiment and the Pacific Point oval.
To add a little sparkle to the card, I added three Holiday Rhinestones in Coastal Cabana. A very quick and easy card!
