I’m still taking care of my mom, along with my sister, as our mom recovers from major surgery. I had no idea my mom would be coming home with a tube in her chest but she did. At the doctor’s appointment last week, the tube wasn’t ready to come out but we’re hoping it will this week – we’ve heard the pain lessens once it comes out. We’re trying to keep our mom comfortable and giving pain meds and antibiotics to her around the clock. As you can understand, I’m not making cards regularly but was able to make some cards for my Card Sampler this weekend and it felt so great to create. When I come to visit my mom, (I knew I’d be here for an extended amount of time), I always bring my Stampin’ Up! supplies.

Here’s What You’ll Receive:

- A PDF Tutorial with instructions, pictures, cutting measurements and a complete supply list of all the products used.
- Earn at least one Bradley Point (earn ten Bradley Points and redeem them for free product).
All the Other Important Information:
- Your Artistically Inked Card Sampler will ship first-class mail approximately May 4, 2023 and will be mailed to the address used on your online order. I’m currently staying with my 91 year old mom as she recovers from major surgery and will try to mail it on the date above but I can’t guarantee it especially if she has a set back.
- You’ll receive an email when I mail your Card Sampler and the PDF Tutorial will be included in that email.
- When using the Artistically Inked Card Sampler Host Code to place your order, you will not qualify for other current host code rewards.
- Per Stampin’ Up! policy, Card Samplers can only be mailed within the United States.
You’ll receive all the materials to make three or six cards (one or two of each design). You’ll quickly have beautiful cards ready to be mailed out to someone special. If you can’t make the cards once they arrive, no worries, each card is labeled in its own clear envelope which makes it easy to come back to later. Once you’ve made all the cards in the Sampler, you’ll be able to easily replicate each card by following the easy to follow directions in the PDF (pictures are included as well).

I have a card for you today using Butterfly Kisses Designer Series Paper (retiring and on sale), Fragrant Flowers stamp set (retiring), Layering Circles Dies (retiring) and Quatrefoil Tile Embossing Folder (not retiring but on the Low Inventory List). I am so sad that Layering Circles Dies are retiring!!! They are a staple in my craft room as well as the Stitched Rectangles Dies (on sale), which are also retiring!!!
I started with a piece of Calypso Coral cardstock for the base of my card. Then, I embossed a piece of Basic White cardstock using the Quatrefoil Tile Embossing Folder and adhered it to the card front. Next, I cut two pieces of Night of Navy cardstock, layered them with two different designs of Butterfly Kisses Designer Series Paper and adhered them to the card.
I stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy ink onto Basic White cardstock using the Fragrant Flowers stamp set. I cut the sentiment out using the Layering Circles Dies and then cut a larger scalloped circle out of Calypso Coral cardstock. I adhered the sentiment to the scalloped circle, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of the card.
To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside. Imagine all the possibilities with different cardstock and Designer Series Paper!

Thank you so very much for all the well wishes and prayers for my mom. She survived the surgery! She’s 91 and of course, it was in the back of my mind that she might not get through the operation even though all her doctors gave her the green light! Her recovery is going well but there are a few concerns. She’s in good spirits and the hospital staff is taking good care of her. Hopefully she’ll be home next week and my sister and I will take over nursing duties.
While my mom’s surgery was going on, I looked through the catalog with the Retiring Lists and since then an updated list has come out. We’ve never had two catalogs retiring at the same time and an Online Exclusive Store, so things are a little confusing right now. I did see that someone had posted a larger print list but not with the new updates so I don’t have one for you. Demonstrators did receive some updated information so let me pass that on to you.
There were two products left off the Last Chance Products List that are retiring:

Usually bundles do not carry over from one catalog to the next except in rare instances. Here’s a table of bundles that ARE retiring but the individual products are NOT. If you’ve had your eye on one of these bundles, you can save 10% but only until May 1, 2023. Some of these products were offered in photopolymer AND cling. I don’t believe there’s a choice in the new catalog so whatever I’ve listed below is carrying over.
The Fragrant Flowers Photopolymer Bundle was also on this list but it isn’t in the catalog and I didn’t receive information that it would be in the Online Exclusives store so I’m assuming it will be online. Update: I just saw the Fragrant Flowers Photopolymer Bundle on the SU! website so it must have been an error that it’s returning.
The Stamparatus was on the Low Inventory List and now it’s on the Non Orderable List so I’m assuming it has sold out.
