My card today is one that we made last week at my Customer Reward Extravaganza. It uses one of the stamp sets that you can receive FREE starting tomorrow. It is called Bloomin’ Marvelous and I have to say that it is already a favorite of mine. I love the colors of the card too – Pool Party and Wisteria Wonder – they are so calming. I used the Faux Tile technique using my Simply Scored and the Diagonal Plate. The Diagonal Plate is another product you can receive FREE with a $50 purchase!!!

Here’s a card that matches the bag I posted yesterday. You could make several to give as a gift or you could tuck it inside the bag to let the recipient know who the lovely gift is from.
I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. Tonight my daughter Erin, son-in-law, and beautiful granddaughter are arriving for a visit! I am so excited that I’m jumping out of my skin!! It’s also Erin’s 30th birthday today. I can hardly believe that she is 30. Time flies by, doesn’t it? My other daughter, Jenny, will be coming for a visit this weekend too. We will have a full house and I can’t wait!

We also made this bag at my Hostess Club yesterday. It is such a cute little size. You could put candy in it but for the person who really doesn’t like candy (or is trying to stay away from it), you could make several 3×3 cards and envelopes to tuck inside. Tomorrow I will have a 3×3 card that you could make to match the bag. The inspiration for my bag came from Angie Juda. She made one at Christmas time and I thought it would be perfect with our new More Amore DSP.

Sorry for my absence the last few days. I’ve been working on planning for my clubs and a Customer Reward Extravaganza. Plus, I’ve been doing Spring cleaning a bit early. It’s great when you are in the mood to just get rid of things cluttering your closets and house. It feels great!!
Today I have a Valentine’s Day card for you. We’ll be making this today at my Hostess Club. It uses the new Hearts a Flutter stamp set and the matching Framelits from the Spring catalog. I love this card. In person it is so bright and cheerful!! I used three new products from the Spring Catalog. First, I used the Ovals Collection Framelits for my large Scalloped Oval and the smaller one. I pierced holes around each of the scallops with the new Occasions Paper Piercing Pack. It is somewhat difficult to see the holes on the Rich Razzleberry and I would suggest using a lighter color. Before I made this card I practiced on a lighter color and it was very easy to see. The smaller butterfly is one of our new punches, isn’t it cute?? It’s called Bitty Butterfly. For each butterfly, I punched out two. I glued one down onto my Whisper White oval and then used glue dots just down the center of each one for a 3D effect. I finished the card off with some pearls down the center of each butterfly and below my greeting.
