Today I have another card to share with you using the Irresistible Blooms stamp set and Hello, Irresistible 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. I also used one of the new Basics 3D Embossing Folders, Stitched Rectangle Dies and All That Dies.
I started with a piece of Thick Basic White cardstock for the base of my card. Next, I used the Stitched Rectangle Dies to cut a piece of Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper and then adhered it to the card base. I used the Stitched Rectangle Dies again to cut a piece of Basic White cardstock and another piece of Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper (the two pieces are the same size). Then I took the Basic White rectangle, placed it inside one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders and ran it through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.
I then adhered both rectangles to the front of the card.
I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of Basic White cardstock using Flirty Flamingo ink and then cut it out using the All That Dies. There are lots of great shapes for sentiment in many of our die sets. Recently I went through all of mine and cut out ones that I could use for sentiments, wrote the name of the set on the back and placed them in an envelope that I can pull out when I need a sentiment shape. I also went through my punches and did the same thing. This will help me to get more use out of my dies and punches!
To complete my card, I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the sentiment and placed it on the front of the card. Then, I added three Iridescent Rhinestones to the front.

Today’s card features the stamp set, Irresistible Blooms, Hello, Irresistible 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper and the Double Oval Punch.
I started with a piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock for the base of my card (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List). Then, I adhered a piece of Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper to a piece of Basic White cardstock. I knew when I started to make this card that I didn’t want to cover much of this beautiful Designer Series Paper.
Next, I wrapped a piece of White Baker’s Twine around the layer twice and tied a bow. Then I adhered the layer to the card base. I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of Basic White cardstock using Flirty Flamingo ink and the stamp set, Irresistible Blooms. I cut it out using the Double Oval Punch and then used the punch again to cut the larger oval out of Flirty Flamingo cardstock. I adhered the two pieces together, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and placed it on the card.
To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside and then, added three Iridescent Rhinestones to the front.

Today’s the last day of Sale-a-Bration! For those of you who have been shopping with Stampin’ Up! the last several years, this is just a reminder that Stampin’ Up! is now only offering one Sale-a-Bration this year.
I have one last Sale-a-Bration post and it’s for a fun fold using Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper plus I have two cards to share with you. I also used the Best Day stamp set, Stitched Rectangle Dies and Stylish Shapes Dies. The Stylish Shapes Dies are back in stock but are showing low inventory.
The fold I’ve used on this card is really easy and the base of the card is Designer Series Paper. Since both sides of the paper will show, you’ll need to find a sheet where both sides compliment each other. You can find all the measurements I used below the Supply List. Here’s the first card:
After you’ve scored your paper, you’ll need to fold it like this:
Then, you’ll turn your paper over to the back side and add adhesive on one of the panels and adhere them together.
Once the card was assembled, I used my Stitched Rectangle Dies to cut a rectangle out of Balmy Blue cardstock and a small one out of Basic White cardstock. I stamped Happy Birthday at the top in Memento Ink onto the Basic White rectangle using the Best Day stamp set. Then I stamped the the cat. I colored the cat using these Stampin’ Blends:
- Gray Granite
- Parakeet Party
- Petal Pink
I then adhered the cat panel to the Balmy Blue rectangle. On the back, I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the right side only and then set it aside.
I stamped the inside sentiment, also from the Best Day stamp set, in Memento ink and then used the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut it out. I cut another circle, a little bit larger, out of Balmy Blue cardstock, and adhered the two circles together. You don’t want to see the inside sentiment when the card is closed so I figured out how far over I needed to add the cat rectangle to the front panel so that it wouldn’t be seen (the inside sentiment). Once I knew the placement would be okay, I adhered the front panel and the inside sentiment. Of course, you can just adhere the sentiment to the middle of the inside panel.
To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the last panel and added three 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots to the front of the card.
Now onto the second card. The construction is the same and I again used the Best Day stamp set for the front panel and inside sentiment. To the front, I added four Glossy Dots. I used these Stampin’ Blends to color the cake:
- Pool Party
- Bermuda Bay
- Balmy Blue

Today’s card was created using Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper, Friendly Gnomes stamp set, Gnomes Dies and the Best Day stamp set. I also used the Stylish Shapes Dies which are now back in stock but also on the Low Inventory List. The Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper is a free product you can earn during Sale-a-Bration (which ends tomorrow) with a $100 purchase.
Gnomes Dies Update: The Gnomes Dies are currently unavailable and are estimated to be back in stock the week of March 27th.
I started with a piece of Fresh Freesia cardstock for the base of my card. Then I cut two pieces of Basic White cardstock (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List). I adhered one to the inside of the card. With the other piece, I ran it through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using one of the Basic 3D Embossing Folders (available March 1st). Then I adhered it to the card front.
I layered a piece of Fresh Freesia cardstock with a piece of Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper and then adhered it to the left side of the card base. I used the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut a piece of Basic White cardstock and then ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the Basic 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered this to a piece of Fresh Freesia cardstock, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and placed it on the front of the card.
I stamped the sentiment in Highland Heather ink onto Basic White cardstock and then cut it out using the Stylish Shapes Dies (the die was longer than I needed so I stamped towards the right and then trimmed off the length). Then, I stamped the gnome in Memento Ink onto Basic White cardstock and colored her with these Stampin’ Blends:
- Highland Heather
- Daffodil Delight
- Fresh Freesia
- Ivory
I cut her out with the Gnomes Dies and then adhered her to the sentiment. Then, I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the gnome and the sentiment and placed them on the front of the card.
To complete my card, I added three Glossy Dots to the card.
