All of the holders are made using Bohemian DSP except for the one with the bees.  That paper is from the English Garden DSP.  My sentiments are from the same stamp set – Circle of Spring.

I’ll have a video later this week for this project!

Sunday Share

I wasn’t able to spend the 4th with my grandchildren yesterday, but my daughter posted this to Facebook. It is just too cute not to share with you today!Happy 4th

And here’s a picture of my granddaughter in her cute 4th of July outfit.

Miss A

Have a wonderful day!

Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July!! I hope you have a fun day planned with family and friends!

I thought this painting would be perfect to post today! This very patriotic barn is located on a well-traveled road near my home and it was painted by a local artist in my area, Nicki Bernacchi.  Our daughters have known each other since they were six years old and now have families of their own!

I love that Nicki’s painting is named “Almost Home” because once you see the barn, you know you’ll be home soon! If you would like to visit Nicki’s website and see more of her amazing talent, just click here.

Enjoy your day!! I’ll be back on Monday!

Woohoo for You

As I’m writing this post, it is 5:00 pm and 108 degrees outside.  UGH.  It does get very hot where I live in California but we usually don’t hit three digits.   California is going through a severe drought and in my area we are only allowed to water our lawns twice a week.  Our beautiful lawn isn’t faring very well and this extremely hot weather isn’t helping. Tomorrow it is supposed to cool down to 106. Double UGH.  I keep hoping we will get some rain.  We need it so badly.

Onto my card for today.  I hope I’m not boring you with my Pinwheel cards.  I needed a card for a virtual swap and this is what I chose to create.  The paper is from the DSP English Garden and the sentiment comes from the new stamp set, All Boxed Up.  I stamped the flower on the inside in Crushed Curry with the stamp set Garden in Bloom.
