All the Details For Today’s Card
I started with a base of Highland Heather cardstock and then added a layer of Basic Black cardstock. On top of that I added a piece of Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper. Using another paper from this pack, I punched out a colorful butterfly using the Butterfly Duet Punch. The punch coordinates not only with the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper but with the Butterfly Gala stamp set too! You can purchase the stamp set and punch separately but when you get the bundle, you’ll save 10%.
I added Stampin Dimensionals to the back of the punched out butterfly and placed it over one of the black and white butterflies.
I used Grapefruit Grove to stamp the sentiment using the stamp set Butterfly Gala. I then used the Needlepoints Elements Framelits Dies to create the stitching around it. This is so cool!! Most dies cut out a shape but this one embosses! Then I used the Pretty Label Punch to cut it out! I love this!
Before adding the sentiment to the front of the card, I placed a piece of Organdy Ribbon across the front. This is another Sale-A-Bration FREE gift (and it comes with 5 rolls of ribbon)! I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the sentiment and added it to the front of the card. Two Glitter Enamel Dots finished the card!
