Blossom Bunch Punch by Stampin’ Up!

Yesterday I shared several cards and today I have four more which use the same set of measurements and the same supplies with the exception of the stamp sets I used for the sentiments.    You can see that post HERE.

The card above uses a sentiment from the Oh Happy Day Card Kit, a kit that includes materials to make 20 cards as well as a photopolymer stamp set.  (See the supply list below).

The sentiment I used for the two cards above comes from the stamp set, Tin of Cards.

The stamp set I used for this thank you card is called Thankful Thoughts.

Again, you can check out all of the measurements used by looking at yesterday’s post HERE.

Blossom Bunch Punch & Watercolor Wishes

Lately while creating in my craft room I’ve been trying to make several variations of the same card so that I’ll have a nice stash of cards to use!  That means I have more than one card to share today!  My cards were inspired by Jeanie Stark, a fellow Stampin’ Up! demo.

All of my cards use the same design but I changed them up with different paper and colors.  All of the Designer Series Paper (DSP) comes from the Festive Birthday DSP and I have to say that I really love all of the bright, cheerful designs.

I always refer to the back of the package of paper or the catalog to see which colors coordinate and so, I used Melon Mambo, Tempting Turquoise, Crushed Curry and Whisper White.  I stamped my sentiments in these same colors and cut them out with the Stitched Shapes Framelits which sit on top of one of the Layering Ovals Framelits.

The sentiments I used are included in the Watercolor Wishes Card Kit (a kit which includes a photopolymer stamp set and all of the supplies needed to make 20 different cards – you just need to supply adhesive).

The flower on each card was created with the Blossom Bunch Punch and I added an Enamel Shape to the center of each one.

If you’d like to create your own, the measurements are included below as well as all of the supplies I used for all of the cards.

Base of Card:  4-1/4″ x 11″  Score @ 5-1/2′

Cardstock:  3-3/8″ x 3-5/8″

Designer Series Paper:  3-1/8″ x  3-3/8″

Hello Lovely Project Life by Stampin’ Up!

Before I tell you about my card, I want to remind you that TODAY is the LAST day of Sale-A-Bration! It’s the last day to receive free product for every $50 you purchase (before shipping/tax).  Click here to head on over to my Stampin’ Up! online store where you can place an order and take a look at the catalogs that showcase the free products! Please note that as of this writing, these free products are NOT available:  Card Tin, Glimmer Paper, Sparkle AND Seaside Embossing Folders.

Onto my card! Lately I’m all about making quick and easy cards and this card was definitely easy!  Want to know what I used? One of the cards in the Hello Lovely Project Life Card Collection!

The card I used is one of the larger ones pictured on the right side of my picture above.  I cut it down to 3-3/4″ x 5″.  It’s layered on a piece of Tangerine Tango measuring 4″ x 5-1/4″.  The card base is a piece of Thick Whisper White measuring 11″x  4-1/4″.

My sentiment is from the stamp set Window Shopping from the Occasions catalog.  It’s embossed onto a piece of Early Espresso cardstock using White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  I adhered it to my card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

The cards in this set are meant for your photo albums but they can also be used to make cute cards!  Give it a try!

Have a wonderful weekend and I’ll see you on Monday with another post!

Adding Dimension to a Flat Flower

I’ve had a few questions about the flower on the front of this box and how I was able to add dimension to it. If you missed the post with the box, you can see it HERE.

The flower is one of 22 dies in the Basket Builder Framelits Dies.  To create dimension to this flat piece of paper, you need a Stampin’ Pierce Mat and a Paper Piercing Tool.

The mat was originally meant to protect your surface when using the paper piercing tool but it also works great with photopolymer stamps as it sometimes helps give more ink coverage. If you find that you can’t get a good image with your photopolymer stamp, try using the mat underneath your paper before stamping.

For this project, I simply used the blunt edge of the paper piercing tool to apply pressure to the middle of the flower.  It’s that easy!

It’s hard to believe Sale-a-bration ends tomorrow! I wanted to take one last opportunity to tell you about the no-risk (seriously, no risk) way to get $125 worth of Stampin’ Up! product (your choice) PLUS two free stamp sets (again, your choice) for $99.

If you are considering placing an order over $99 or you have a big shopping list, why not purchase the starter kit?  Here are some answers to a few questions you might have.

Will I be expected to hold parties and sell Stampin’ Up!?

Absolutely not.  It is totally up to you.  You can be your one and only customer, if that’s what you want.

Will I receive a discount?

Yes! You will receive at least a 20% discount on all Stampin’ Up! products, including stamp sets, paper, and accessories.

I joined in April and had until September to make my minimum.  If you don’t reach the minimum, you will simply be considered inactive and the Starter Kit is yours to keep. No one will pressure you to continue.  That’s what makes this risk free!
