Some of you may have noticed that in the past few weeks I haven’t shared a free tutorial on Saturday. I love providing free tutorials but it just came down to not having enough hours in each day to get everything done. I had to reassess and make the hard decision to discontinue them, for now. I will still continue to share here on my blog and I hope that my cards will inspire you to create. Thanks for your understanding!
Today’s card was made specifically for a special someone who’s going through a difficult time right now. It features the stamp set, Inspired Thoughts, Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper and the Double Oval Punch.
I started with a base of Pool Party cardstock and scored it in two places so the card would open in a fun way (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List). I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside of the card. Then I placed two pieces of Basic White cards inside the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder and ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. I adhered the two pieces to the front of the card.
I cut another piece of Pool Party cardstock and adhered a piece of Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper to the front. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the upper half of the cardstock and adhered it to the top panel. I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White cardstock in Pool Party ink using the stamp set, Inspired Thoughts. I cut it out using the Double Oval Punch, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the top panel.
To complete the card, I added a large Brushed Brass Butterfly below the sentiment.

Today’s card features Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper. Nothing says spring quite like flowers and I think we could all use a little spring! I also used the Flowering Tulips stamp set for my sentiment.
I started with a piece of Thick Basic White cardstock. I layered two pieces of Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper with two pieces of Rich Razzleberry cardstock (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List). I adhered the bottom layer to the card front using Multipurpose Glue but used Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of the flowery piece. I love dimension on my cards and 99% of the time, pop up at least one of the layers.
I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White cardstock using Rich Razzleberry ink and the stamp set, Flowering Tulips, and cut it out using the Layering Circles Dies. I used these same dies to cut a larger, scalloped circle out of Rich Razzleberry and then adhered the two pieces together. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of the card. To complete my card, I added three Polished Dots to the Designer Series Paper.

Today’s card is another sneak peek of products that will be available on May 3,2022 when the new Stampin’ Up! 2022-2023 Annual Catalog goes live!!
I started with a piece of Basic White cardstock and then added three pieces of Pretty Prints Designer Series Paper (all of the new products will be listed in the Supply List but won’t be available until May 3rd). Then I used Basic White cardstock and the Natural Prints Dies (available May 3,2022) to cut the wreath using the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.
I added small dots of Multipurpose Glue to adhere the wreath to the card front (another option is to place an adhesive sheet on the cardstock before running it through the Cut & Emboss Machine). I stamped the sentiment in Bermuda Bay ink onto Basic White cardstock using the stamp set, Nature’s Prints (available May 3,2022). I cut the sentiment out using the Natural’s Prints Dies (available May 3,2022).
To complete my card, I added three 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds (available May 3,2022) around the sentiment.

Today’s card is a sneak peek of products that will be available on May 3,2022 when the new Stampin’ Up! 2022-2023 Annual Catalog goes live!! I can hardly wait!
I started with a piece of Pool Party cardstock for my card base. Then I ran a piece of Basic White cardstock through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the Fern 3D Embossing Folder (new product – you can find a list of all the new products I used in the Supply List below). Before adhering the embossed Basic White cardstock to the front of the card, I added a strip of Hues of Happiness 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper (new product). This paper is GORGEOUS!!!! Stampin’ Up! knocked it out of the park with this paper.
I used the Layering Circles Dies to cut a scalloped circle out of Pool Party cardstock and a circle out of Basic White cardstock. Before adhering the smaller circle to the Pool Party circle, I stamped the sentiment in Pool Party ink using the stamp set, Happiness Abounds (new product). I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the card front. The Happiness Abounds Bundle (new product) includes the Happiness Abounds stamp set and the Blossoming Happiness Dies.
This next part was so easy!! I used the Blossoming Happiness Dies (new product) to cut the flowers and leaves out of the Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper! I used Mini Glue Dots and Multipurpose Glue to attach the leaves and flowers together and then added them to the circle. To complete the card, I added three Pool Party Dots from the Glossy Dots Assortment (new product) to the front of the card. The other colors included in the package are Gorgeous Grape, Melon Mambo, and Daffodil Delight. These dots are colorful, glossy and gorgeous!

Bloom Where You’re Planted Designer Series Paper is currently in Low Inventory status so once it’s gone, it will no longer be available. Some of the dies in the Perfect Plants Dies coordinate with this paper (check out my card below). I used the dies to cut the leaves out of the Designer Series Paper and I used the brick paper. The Perfect Plants Dies and the Plentiful Plants stamp set WILL BE returning in the new Annual Catalog but the bundle price is retiring.
