In just a few days, all of the retiring stamp sets will be while supplies last.  When all of the retiring sets were announced at the beginning of the month, Stampin’ Up! guaranteed that every stamp set would be available  but only until May 25th. Today’s card uses a cute stamp set from the Occasions catalog, Flying Home, and it’s on the retiring list!  Be sure to order before Friday so you don’t miss out on adding this set to your collection! You can see all of the retiring stamp sets, here.

My card combines retiring product, current and new!

Retiring Product

  • Flying Home stamp set (available in clear and wood)
  • Glitter Enamel Dots

Current Product

  • Daffodil Delight cardstock
  • Thick Whisper White cardstock
  • Classic Label punch
  • Stitched Shapes Framelits
  • Layered Leaves embossing folder
  • Stampin’ Blends – currently on backorder but hopefully will be back in stock next week

New Product

  • Itty Bitty Greetings (available on June 1st in clear and wood)

All of these products can be found in the supply list at the end of the post!

I stamped the cute birds in the nest with their Mama with Memento Ink onto Thick Whisper White cardstock.  I colored them in with Stampin’ Blends:  Daffodil Delight, Crumb Cake and Old Olive.  I cut them out using the Stitched Shapes Framelits which gives a nice stitched look to the outside. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back.

I embossed a piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock using the Layered Leaves embossing folder and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to my base of Thick Whisper White.

The sentiment is from the brand new stamp set, Itty Bitty Greetings which contains 32 different stamps! I used Memento Ink and cut it out with the Classic Label Punch.  I added two Glitter Enamel Dots at each end of the sentiment.  Our mini Stampin’ Dimensionals are just the perfect size for this punch and I added four to the back.

This card was also made using the stamp set, Flying Home, and you can see the post I wrote about it here.

Supply List

Please note:  Itty Bitty Greetings will also be available in wood although it’s only showing clear in my supply list. The program I use to display the products hasn’t been updated yet with all of the new products available June 1st.
