Today would have been my dad’s 85th birthday. We lost him in 2009 and not a day goes by that I don’t think about him. He was all about family and he adored all of us. I was blessed with a wonderful father and grandfather for my daughters.

This last photo is of my daughters and my dad. Both of my girls are in their thirties now but this has always been a favorite picture of mine. They loved their grandpa!

Daddy was the best. I wish he didn’t have the bad luck of poor health. He will never fade in my memory or heart. Still too hard to believe.
