Today’s project is a small gift box using Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper. I also have a video showing how easy it is to make the box!
Measurements
- Bottom of the box: 4-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ Score at 1″ on all four sides Cut a smidge off of two connecting sides
- Top of the box: 3-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ Score at 3/4″ on all four sides.
All of the Stampin’ Up! supplies I used are listed at the end of the post.

I’m going to give this a try. It’s sooo cute. I was surprised to see the top measurements are smaller than the bottom though. I’ll let you know how it turns out
Thank you, Cheryl! The top piece fits nice and snug and because the score lines are smaller than the bottom, it works. You have to remember to cut the small amount off two connecting sides of the bottom piece or the top won’t go on. If you cut off too much, the lid will be loose, not enough and you can’t get it on. You may want to experiment a few times on paper you don’t care about.
