When you find a layout you like, do you try using it for all different types of cards? I did just that for today’s card! You can see this layout here and here for a completely different type of card.
It’s all about the holidays with today’s card where I combined the Stampin’ Up! All is Bright Designer Series Paper, a beautiful velvet snowflake using the Snowfall Thinlits Dies & White Velveteen Sheets along with a Snowflake Trinket.
The sentiment is from the stamp set Snow is Glistening and I heat embossed it with silver embossing powder. I cut it out with the Stitched Shapes Framelits and then popped it up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Both snowflakes were adhered to my paper using glue dots. Glue Dots are really small but wow, they’re really strong!
Here are the measurements I used:
- Real Red cardstock: 11″ x 4-1/4″ and scrap for sentiment
- Whisper White: 5-1/4″ X 4″
- All is Bright Designer Series Paper: (2) 1-7/8″ x 1-7/8″ and (2) 1-7/8″ x 3″
- White Velveteen Sheet (for snowflake): scrap
