I’m so happy the stamp set, Petal Palette (and the coordinating Petals & More Thinlits) carried over into the Annual Catalog. They both debuted in the Occasions catalog and due to their extreme popularity, they didn’t retire! Yay!! Another product that debuted in the Occasions Catalog and is also available is the Tailored Tag punch. I used both of these products to make today’s card!
This card is quick & easy and anything that has a little bird on it, is cute too!! I stamped the bird using Memento Ink on Thick Whisper White cardstock and then colored him in with Pineapple Punch Stampin’ Blends. I fussy cut him out but we do have the Petals & More Thinlits that will do all the work for you. I left mine at my mom’s so I had to pull out my Paper Snips and cut the little guy out.
I used Granny Apple Green for the base of my card and ink in the same color was used to stamp the branch. The second layer is Pineapple Punch with Whisper White used for the top layer. The bird is popped up on the branch using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I used Memento Ink for the sentiment which is also from the stamp set Petal Palette and punched it out with the Tailored Tag punch. Stampin’ Dimensionals were added to the back before adding it to the front of the card. Two Glitter Enamel Dots were the finishing touches!
