I had mentioned that I was working on a larger candy bar holder and here it is. As soon as I saw this large, cute candy bar (the chocolate is actually embossed with the design on the wrapper), I knew I wanted to make a holder for it with my Envelope Punch Board. It is so easy to make and can be assembled in no time! The hardest part was figuring out the correct measurements. I finally pulled out my stamp set “Tag It” (why did I wait so long???) and used this cute Santa Claus. It was easily cut out with the Chalk Talk Framelits.

I love this stamp set, Color Me Christmas. Do you love to color as much as I do?? I find it so relaxing. Whenever you are going to color in an image using a blender pen or Aqua Painter, you want to use watercolor paper with Staz-On so that your colors won’t run. I used my Stampin’ Markers and Aqua Painter to color each section. When using water, you want to be sure that one section is dry before you start a section that will touch it. I used Cherry Cobbler Baker’s Twine along the top from one side to the other so that it would look as though my stockings are hung up. The finishing touch was a little bow on each stocking again using the Baker’s Twine. I attached the bows with glue dots that I compressed to make as small as possible. My sentiment is from the set Joy to the World. The idea for this card came from Andrea Walford. I am a member of her Paper Crafter’s Library and I love her ideas.

Today I have another jar for you! This time I wrapped a strip of our Season of Style paper around the jar with a piece of 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon in Gumball Green. The ornament on the front is from a set in the Holiday Catalog called Christmas Collectibles punched out with the Christmas Ornament Punch. If you purchase these two products together, you save 15%! I love that Stampin’ Up! has so many bundles like this available. I really blinged (I don’t think that is a word) up the top of my jar with Silver Glimmer paper and lots of rhinestones. I love all of the sparkling lights at this time of year so I think this top fits right in!
