Stampin’ Up! Abigail Rose Designer Series Paper

All three of today’s cards were created using Abigail Rose Designer Series Paper, Stylish Shapes Dies and the Apple Harvest stamp set. Using this same design, I created two other versions of this card with a Christmas theme that you can see here

I started with a piece of Early Espresso cardstock for the base of my card. Next, I embossed a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder and then adhered it to the base of the card.

I cut two pieces of Abigail Rose Designer Series Paper and layered them onto two pieces of Early Espresso cardstock. I adhered the vertical one with Multipurpose Glue but added Stampin’ Dimensional to the back of the horizontal one before placing it on the card.

I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock using Early Espresso ink and the stamp set, Apple Harvest. I cut it out using the Stylish Shapes Dies, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of the card. To complete the card, I added three Elegant Faceted Gems to the front and a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock to the inside.

For this next card, I used Smoky Slate and Basic White cardstock, the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder and Iridescent Pearls

For this last card, I used Early Espresso cardstock, the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder and Elegant Faceted Gems.

Stampin’ Up! Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper

Before sharing my cards with you I want to let you know that today’s the last day all my PDF Card Samplers in my PDF Store will be $5.95! Once you arrive at my PDF store, you’ll fill out a form for the PDF(s) you’d like.  The sale price will be reflected on the PayPal invoice I send to you.

Today’s cards were created using a design I enjoy making. They were made with Texture Chic Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Biggest Wish stamp set.

I used a piece of Thick Basic White cardstock for the base of my card (you can find all the measurements I used below the Supply List). I cut two pieces of Texture Chic Designer Series Paper and adhered both pieces to the card base.  I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock and adhered it to the inside.

I stamped the sentiment in Soft Suede ink onto Basic White cardstock and cut it out using the Layering Circles Dies. I then cut a larger, scalloped circle using these same dies out of Petal Pink cardstock and adhered the two circles together. On the back, I placed Stampin’ Dimensionals on the right side of the circle and then placed it on the front panel. To complete the card, I added three Elegant Faceted Gems

Here’s another version of the card using all the same products.

Stampin’ Up! Whimsical Woodland Embossing Folder

Today I have two Christmas cards to share with you that were made using the same design.  One was made using Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper and the other was made with Storybook Gnomes Designer Series Paper. Both cards were made using the Brightest Glow Bundle which includes the Brightest Glow stamp set and the Labels Aglow Dies. I also used the Whimsical Woodland 3D Embossing Folder.

For this first card I used Night of Navy cardstock for the base of my card. Then I embossed a piece of Basic White cardstock using the Whimsical Woodland 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to the base of the card.  I also adhered a piece of Basic White to the inside. I cut two pieces of Night of Navy cardstock (the measurements I used are below the Supply List) and layered them with two pieces of Storybook Gnomes Designer Series Paper. I adhered the vertical piece to the front of the card but added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the other before adhering it to the card.

I heat embossed the sentiment with silver embossing powder and cut it out using the Labels Aglow Dies. If you aren’t sure how to emboss, you’ll find directions below.  I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the sentiment and adhered it to the horizontal piece. To complete the card, I added three silver Festive Pearls.

For this next card, I used Real Red cardstock and Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper. I also heat embossed the sentiment with silver embossing powder and used Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

How to Heat Emboss

Prepare your cardstock by rubbing the Embossing Buddy (an anti-static pouch that can be found in the Embossing Additions Tool Kit) over the surface of the paper as it helps keep away stray particles of embossing powder. Stamp your sentiment or image using a Versamark pad. This is very sticky ink and your embossing powder will stick right to it.  Sprinkle embossing powder over the stamped image and then shake off any excess. Before applying heat to your paper, heat the Heat Tool first so your paper won’t warp (about 10 seconds). Direct the heat over your image and watch as your image becomes shiny and beautiful!

Today’s card features the Snowman Magic Bundle which includes the Snowman Magic stamp set and the Snowman Dies. I also used the Hive 3D Embossing Folder and Stylish Shapes Dies.

I started with a piece of Thick Basic White cardstock for the base of my card (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List). Then I embossed a piece of Basic White cardstock using the Hive 3D Embossing Folder and adhered it to a piece of Real Red cardstock which I then adhered to the card base.

I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of Basic White cardstock and then cut it out using the Stylish Shapes Dies and adhered it to the card front.  I cut another, smaller Basic White circle using these same dies.  I used Memento ink to stamp the snowman from the Snowman Magic stamp set as well as the snowman hat onto a scrap piece of Basic White cardstock. I used Garden Green ink to stamp the scarf for the snowman and then cut out the snowman, hat and scarf using the Snowman Dies. I also cut two trees out of Garden Green cardstock using the Snowman Dies.

I adhered the hat and scarf to the snowman and then adhered him to the smaller circle.  I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the circle but before adhering it to the front of the card, I adhered the trees to the front of the card and then placed the snowman circle. To complete my card, I added two small rhinestones and three larger ones.
