Today I have a card that I received from my upline, Dawn. She used the set Seasonally Scattered (you can see the card I posted the other day with this set HERE). She also used another the stamp set Four Feathers and cut them out with the Feathers Framelits Dies. I don’t have this stamp set with the coordinating Framelits but I have seen them used on so many cute cards. Dawn also added Dazzling Diamonds glitter. It is so shimmery and pretty in person.

Several weeks ago I played around with the Stripes Decorative Mask. The hardest part of the card was deciding which colors to use!
After placing my Whisper White cardstock on my work surface, I used blue Painters tape all around the mask (stencil) so that it wouldn’t move while I sponged on color. I used sponges with my stamp pad but sponge daubers would also work. After adding a sentiment, I thought each card needed a little something extra, so I added some rhinestones. Pretty quick and easy card to make!

Happy Monday! I hope you had an enjoyable weekend! Last night my granddaughter spent the night and while she is still sleeping I thought I would quickly write this post!
This was a fun card to make! Using one of the stamps from the set Seasonally Scattered, I used my Stampin’ Write Markers (Pacific Point, Garden Green, Tempting Turquoise, Island Indigo) and colored directly onto the stamp. Once I finished, I huffed on the entire area to reactivate the ink and stamped it onto a piece of Whisper White cardstock. The fun thing about this, is that no two cards are alike, each one is a bit different. There is nothing difficult about this card but it does take more time than simply stamping in one color. But don’t you think the variety of colors is pretty? I bet you have some stamps in your stash that would lend themselves to this technique. Go give it a try!
Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!

A few weeks ago I sent this card to a friend for her birthday. I used the new single stamp, Blended Bloom, with our new Blendabilites! Before using Blendabilities, I had never used Alcohol Based markers. Wow! They just glide over our Whisper White paper. I have to admit that I didn’t feel very confident when I first started using them (heck, I still don’t) but I’ve been watching the videos that Stampin’ Up! has posted over on YouTube and have learned quite a lot. The only way though is to just jump in and start coloring!
I sure hope she liked her card!

Today I have a cute way to give a little treat to someone. These are fast and easy to make! I used the new stamp set Merry Everything (which has a nice variety, not just Halloween) and punched it out with the Note Tag Punch! If you purchase the stamp set and the punch together, you’ll save 15%. Be sure to use these special bundle numbers: Wood #137635 and Clear #137636.
To make this treat holder you’ll need a piece of cardstock that measures 7 1/2″ x 2 3/4″. Score it on the long side at 3 1/4″ & 4 1/2″. I brought my two top edges together and stapled it together using our new Handheld Stapler. I love this stapler because the staples are small. My bow, made with the White and Tangerine Tango Two-Tone Trim, hides the staple. On the first one, I used Pumpkin Pie and sponged the edges with Tangerine Tango. I thought it looked a bit plain so I added the rhinestones to the vampire’s eyes. I stamped the image with Staz-On. The Elegant Eggplant holder was stamped with Memento Ink because I decided I wanted to color the vampire’s face with my Rich Razzleberry Blendabilities. (I have to give credit for this cute holder to Angie Juda).
Once Halloween candy hits the shelves, you’ll be able to assemble your treat holders!
