Stampin’ Up! Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper

Today’s cards were made using Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper. This paper has been very popular and has been unavailable for quite some time but right now it’s available! This first card uses two of the designs in the package.

To make this card (and the others), I started with a piece of Thick Basic White cardstock – you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List. I cut a piece of Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper (DSP) and placed it on the front of the card and cut another piece of DSP and placed it on the inside, over on the right. I stamped the sentiment in Memento ink onto Basic White cardstock using the stamp set, Hello Harvest. This stamp set is included in the Hello Harvest Bundle which has been unavailable for quite some time but I’m happy to say it’s back in stock! It also includes the Rustic Pumpkin Dies. You can see the bundle below although I didn’t use the dies for my cards today but I know many of you have been waiting for this bundle to be available again.

I used the Stitched Rectangles Dies to cut the sentiment and then cut a piece of Basic Black cardstock and layered the two pieces together.  On the back, I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the right side only and then placed it on the left side of the card. I used our Brushed Metallic Dots on each side of the sentiment.

For this next card, I used the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder to emboss the small strip on the right.

For this next card, I used our Solid Faceted Gems. I have to admit that until I saw the picture of this product on the SU! website as I was writing this post, I didn’t know that these gems weren’t black! They are actually Mossy Meadow!

This is an easy card to make! I hope you’ll give it a try!

Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths Bundle

Today I have one more card using the Cottage Wreaths Bundle and a trick for using the stamps and dies so they line up easily. This bundle is on the low inventory list so if you’ve been thinking about it, you’ll want to get it before it’s unavailable. It will return but I have no idea how long that will take.

The Cottage Wreaths Bundle includes the Cottage Wreaths stamp set and the Country Wreaths Dies.

I started with a piece of Real Red cardstock and then added a layer of Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper. This paper was released last year at this time and was brought back for the new catalog.  I love the designs in this paper so I was happy that it made a return!

Next, I added a layer of Garden Green cardstock and Basic White cardstock. I used the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut the Basic White square and then ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using one of the Wintry 3D Embossing Folders. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of the card.

I used Garden Green ink to stamp the wreath and here’s a tip for using the stamps and dies. Inside the case, you’ll find a notch beside each wreath and a notch on the die itself for easy alignment.  See the graphics below for more explanation.

I cut a circle out of Basic White cardstock using the Layering Circles Dies (a little bit smaller than the wreath).  I placed it under the wreath before I glued it so I could stamp the sentiment exactly where I wanted it.  After stamping the sentiment using the Cottage Wreaths stamp set and Real Red ink, I glued the wreath to the circle, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the square.

I used the beautiful Real Red & White Glimmer Paper and the Country Wreaths Dies to cut a bow and adhered it to the wreath using Multipurpose Glue.  To finish my card, I added five Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the wreath.

Stampin’ Up! Cottage Wreaths Bundle

Today’s card features the Cottage Wreaths Bundle which includes the Cottage Wreaths stamp set and the Country Wreaths Dies.  Yesterday I shared another card using this bundle and you can see it here if you missed it.

I started with a piece of Soft Succulent cardstock for the base of my card.  Then I added a layer of Basic White cardstock after embossing it using the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder and my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine

I stamped the wreath from the Cottage Wreaths stamp set in Soft Succulent ink onto a piece of Basic White cardstock and cut it out using the Country Wreaths Dies. Next, I used the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut a piece of Basic White cardstock. I laid the wreath on top of the square so I could see where I wanted to stamp my sentiment and then stamped it in Cajun Craze ink using the Cottage Wreaths stamp set.

I layered the Basic White square onto a piece of Soft Succulent cardstock, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of the card. I also added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the wreath and placed it on the stitched square.

I used the Country Wreaths Dies to cut the bow out of Cajun Craze cardstock. I added some Multipurpose Glue to the back and placed it on the wreath and added a Iridescent Pearl to the center.  To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside.

Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home Bundle

Today’s card was created using the Blessings of Home Bundle which includes the Blessings of Home stamp set and the Flowers of Home Dies. I also used the stamp set, By My Side for the sentiment.

I started with a piece of Balmy Blue cardstock for the base of my card. Then I added a layer of Basic White cardstock and a piece of In Color 2022-2023 In Color 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper in Fresh Freesia. I embossed a piece of Balmy Blue cardstock using the Twigs & Sprigs Embossing Folder and adhered it to a piece of Basic White cardstock and then placed it on the front of the card.

I used the Blessings of Home stamp set to stamp the flowers onto a piece of Basic White cardstock using Memento Ink. I colored it using Stampin’ Blends:  Fresh Freesia, Balmy Blue, Granny Apple Green and Daffodil Delight. I cut it out using the Flowers of Home Dies and then adhered it to a layer of Balmy Blue and Basic White cardstock which I then adhered to the card.

Stampin Up By My Side

I stamped the sentiment onto a pice of Basic White cardstock using the stamp set, By My Side, and Memento ink and cut it out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it below the flowers.
