Mini Milk Carton

Mini Milk Carton

Happy Monday!  I hope all of you that are moms, had a great day yesterday and felt the love from your family!  I was able to spend time with my mom so I was very happy about that!  I wasn’t able to see my two daughters but they both made me feel very loved!

Today I have a cute 3D project for you  – a mini milk carton! So quick and easy to put together .  You could put some little treats inside for someone and make their day by that simple gesture!

We do have a Milk Carton Bigz die on the retired list but for this particular carton, you don’t need a die or the Big Shot.  I decorated it using the DSP , Watercolor Wonder.  For the sentiment, I stamped “just for you”, twice, using Daffodil Delight and Tangerine Tango.  I cut a section out of the Tangerine Tango one and popped it up with a Stampin’ Dimensional.  The cute little clothespin is from the Tag a Bag Accessory Kit which can be found in the big catalog on page 158 (this is a retiring item).  I found this cute idea from Sam Donald, a fellow demo from the UK.

Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

There are only a few weeks left and then we have to say goodbye to this gorgeous paper!  I know I’ve showcased it A LOT but I love it (Watercolor Wonder DSP #132994). I made this same style of card in March but I changed up the colors and papers.  You can see that original post here and it you’ll see how the card opens.

Winners

What’s your favorite retired product?  That’s the question I asked several days ago and anyone who commented was entered in a drawing.  I decided to choose two names and the winners are Jennifer Amaro and Karen Deans!  You have both won a pack of our beautiful Designer Series Paper.  It’s been ordered and should be on its way soon!  Congrats Karen and Jennifer!

You can still place orders and receive free shipping!  Tomorrow is the last day!

Birthday Bag

Birthday Bag

I mentioned last week that I made a little gift card box for my sister.  I gave her several gift cards and another one went into this bag.  I wish I had taken a picture of the side view so that you could get a better idea of the size but it really is quite small and fits a gift card perfectly!

I used one of our retiring papers called Birthday Basics (#130135).  I love all of the paper in this pack and am sad to see it retiring.  As of right now, it is still available, so if you love it too, be sure to pick it up before it’s gone!

Free shipping continues for three more days!

Today is the last day to enter my drawing!  To enter, just tell me your favorite retiring item!  See my post HERE to add your comment!!  I’ll announce the winner on my blog tomorrow morning!

My card today uses the stamp set Peaceful Petals from the Occasions catalog.  Using my Oval Framelits I made a template and then sponged inside the oval using Rose Red.  I stamped the flowers with Staz-On and colored in the centers with a blender pen and a Daffodil Delight stamp pad. My sentiment is from Wetlands. It is a very quick and easy card to make!
