Quick and Easy Thank You Card

I needed a thank you card the other day and whipped this up in no time. When I find a card sketch I like, it’s really easy to quickly make a card. If I know the recipients favorite color, I try and choose that color for the card, grab matching cardstock, matching ink and a sentiment and I’m ready to create! I love the Stampin’ Up! coordination of matching inks, cardstock and Designer Series Paper.

For my card today, I used a base of Gorgeous Grape and then chose a piece of Gorgeous Grape Designer Series Paper from the 6″ x 6″ Brights pack. The package comes with 40 sheets: 2 each of 2 double-sided designs in 10 colors. Stampin’ Up! colors are divided by families: Brights, Regals, Subtles, Neutrals, 2017-2019 In Colors & 2018-2020 In Colors and each family has their own pack of 6″ x 6″ paper! I used the stamp set Kindness & Compassion for the sentiment and stamped it using Gorgeous Grape ink. The Layering Ovals Framelits were used to cut all three ovals. On the back of the Basic Black Oval, I added Stampin’ Dimensionals. Using these little foam pieces will add so much to your card!
