This week my projects are focusing on Designer Series Paper and today’s card uses Frosted Floral Designer Series Paper. The designs are printed on shimmery white paper which gives it such an elegant look!
The stamp set I used, Thankful Thoughts, can be found in the Annual Catalog. I reach for this set over and over again because it’s filled with so many ways to say thank you!
This is an easy card to make! After cutting two squares of Designer Series Paper, adhere them to the front of a piece of Blackberry Bliss cardstock and attach to the front of the Mint Macaron base. Stamp the sentiment in Blackberry Bliss ink and cut it out with the Stitched Shapes Framelits. Using the Layering Squares Framelits, cut a Mint Macaron square that’s just a bit bigger than the sentiment and adhere. Add Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and attach to the card.
The Stitched Shapes Framelits are a staple in my craft room. I love the stitching around the edges and they coordinate with all the dies in the Layering Framelits Family (Layering Squares, Layering Ovals, Layering Circles).
Measurements For Today’s Card
- Mint Macaron cardstock: 4-1/4″ x 11″ scrap for base of sentiment
- Blackberry Bliss cardstock: 4″ x 5-1/4″
- Frosted Floral Designer Series paper: (2) 2-1/2″ x 2-1/2″
- Whisper White: scrap for sentiment
