I do have three cards for you today, but first a recap from yesterday. The Stampin’ Up! colors below are retiring and my guess is that anything in these colors will sell out fast!
Here are the returning In Colors. I know that some of you have been purchasing from Stampin’ Up! for a while and will recognize these colors!
I haven’t had a chance yet to go through the Annual Catalog to see everything that’s retiring but I do know two of my favorites, staples in my craft room are retiring: Layering Circles Dies and Stitched Rectangles Dies (big sigh). FYI: The program I use to show these products always calls the Stitched Rectangles Dies, Rectangle Stitched Dies).
On to today’s cards. These are a continuation from yesterday’s post – same layout, same products, different Designer Series Paper (if you missed yesterday’s post, you can see it here).
This first card was made using Flowers & More Designer Series Paper, (retiring), Brushed Brass Butterflies and Gorgeous Grape ink. Flowers & More Designer Series Paper is a host only product and you can choose it with Stampin’ Rewards when your order is $150 or more. With all the cards, I also used Stripes & Splatters Embossing Folders, Cup of Tea Stamp Set (retiring), Painted Labels Dies (retiring), and Stylish Shapes Dies.
This next card was made with Country Floral Lane Designer Series Paper (retiring), Petal Pink cardstock and Mint Macaron ink (retiring), I also used Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels, which are also retiring.
This last card was made with Butterfly Kisses Designer Series Paper (retiring), Night of Navy cardstock, Night of Navy ink and Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
Supply List
Below you’ll find all the Stampin’ Up! supplies I used for today’s card. If you need any stamping supplies, I’d love to be your demonstrator! You can place an order by clicking any of the images below to go to my Stampin’ Up! online store.
You can find the measurements I used in yesterday’s post HERE (scroll down and the measurements will be below the Supply List).
Retiring Products Sale
Beginning on April 4th at 12:00 am (Mountain Time), select Stampin’ Up! retiring products will be up to 60% off. Unfortunately, by that time some products will have already sold out so if you love something, I’d suggest getting it now.
Request an Annual Catalog
If you aren’t a current customer of mine, place an order at my Stampin’ Up! online store and then fill out the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog Request Form here.
If you don’t want to place an order but would like a catalog, I can send you a PayPal invoice. Simply send me an email (click the “Email Me” button on the sidebar) with your name and address. The PayPal invoice will be sent in early April when I know the cost of the catalog and postage.

Please see THIS POST for the all the information about my Mystery Boxes, including the host code.
Today’s card was made using an Online Exclusive Specialty Designer Series Paper called Naturally Gilded. I also used the Painted Labels Dies, Stylish Shapes Dies, Cup of Tea stamp set and one of the Stripes & Splatters Embossing Folders.
I started with a piece of Thick Very Vanilla cardstock for the base of my card. Then I cut a piece of Gold Foil and adhered it to the base of the card. I took a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using one of the Stripes & Splatters Embossing Folders. Because this is a smaller embossing folder, I had to run it through the machine twice.
I cut a piece of Naturally Gilded Designer Series Paper and adhered it to the embossed Very Vanilla and then adhered that piece to the Gold Foil. I then embossed the sentiment using the stamp set, Cup of Tea, Versamark and Gold Embossing Powder (if you haven’t embossed before, I’ve included directions below). Embossing anything on a card always adds a bit of elegance to it, don’t you think? I used the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut the sentiment out. Next, I used the Painted Labels Dies to cut the decorative circle out of Gold Foil and then adhered the sentiment to it. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of the card.
To complete my card, I added three gold Festive Pearls to the front of the card.
Here’s another version of the card using Hello, Irresistible Designer Series Paper. I didn’t want to cover up the design on the paper so I moved the panel of Designer Series Paper over to the left. I used Flirty Flamingo cardstock, Flirty Flamingo ink and Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
Here’s another version using Country Floral Lane Designer Series Paper, Petal Pink cardstock, Sweet Sorbet ink and Brushed Brass Butterflies.
How to Heat Emboss
Prepare your cardstock by rubbing the Embossing Buddy (an anti-static pouch that can be found in the Embossing Additions Tool Kit) over the surface of the paper as it helps keep away stray particles of embossing powder. Stamp your sentiment or image using a Versamark pad. This is very sticky ink and your embossing powder will stick right to it. Sprinkle embossing powder over the stamped image and then shake off any excess. Before applying heat to your paper, heat the Heat Tool first so your paper won’t warp (about 10 seconds). Direct the heat over your image and watch as your image becomes shiny and beautiful!
Supply List

These measurements and colors pertain to the first card. All the measurements are the same for all three cards.

- Very Vanilla cardstock (sentiment): approx. 2-1/4″ x 2-1/4″

Today’s card features the Friendly Gnomes stamp set and the Gnomes Dies. The Gnomes Dies debuted in the July- December Holiday Catalog but are currently out of stock (they should be available again the week of March 27th). These are the same dies that coordinated with the Kindest Gnomes stamp set (also in the Holiday Catalog but has retired) but now coordinate with the Friendly Gnomes stamp set that was used on my card today!
I started with a piece of Sweet Sorbet cardstock for the base of my card. Then I added a piece of Basic White cardstock that I embossed using the Painted Texture Embossing Folder and my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine.
Next, I cut a piece of Country Floral Lane Designer Series Paper and layered it with a piece of Sweet Sorbet cardstock (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List). After adhering it to the front of the card, I used the Layering Circles Dies to cut a scalloped circle out of Sweet Sorbet cardstock and a circle out of Basic White cardstock. I adhered the two pieces together and then set it aside.
I stamped the gnome from the stamp set, Friendly Gnomes, in Memento ink onto a piece of Basic White cardstock. I colored the gnome in using these Stampin’ Blends:
- Sweet Sorbet Light – I went over these areas several times to get the shade I wanted
- Petal Pink Light
- Balmy Blue Light
- Soft Suede Light
I cut the gnome out using the Gnomes Dies. Next, I stamped the sentiment, also from the Friendly Gnomes stamp set, in Sweet Sorbet Ink and cut it out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the sentiment behind the gnome and then adhered both to the Basic White circle. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the Sweet Sorbet scalloped circle and adhered it to the front of the card. I then placed three 2022-2024 In Color Matte Decorative Dots around the gnome.
To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside.

Below you’ll find all the Stampin’ Up! supplies I used for today’s card. If you need any stamping supplies, I’d love to be your demonstrator! You can place an order by clicking any of the images below to go to my Stampin’ Up! online store.
The Specialty Plate is used with 3D Embossing Folders.
Measurements
- Sweet Sorbet cardstock: 11″ x 4-1/4″ score at 5-1/2″
- Sweet Sorbet cardstock (square): 3″ x 3″
- Sweet Sorbet cardstock (scalloped circle): approx. 3-1/2″ x 3-1/2″
- Country Floral Lane Designer Series Paper: 2-3/4″ x 2-3/4″
- Basic White cardstock (embossed): 5-1/4″ x 4″
- Basic White cardstock (inside): 5-1/4″ x 4″
- Basic White cardstock: scrap for gnome
- Basic White cardstock (sentiment): approx. 3-1/4″ x 1-1/4″

by Tracy | Feb 8, 2023 | Valentine's Day Card
Today I have a Valentine’s Day card to share with you using the stamp set, Country Bouquet and Country Floral Lane Designer Series Paper. Unfortunately the Country Bouquet Bundle which includes the stamp set and punch is out of stock but the Country Bouquet stamp set is still available.
I started with a piece of Sweet Sorbet cardstock for the base of my card. Then I added a layer of Basic White and Country Floral Designer Series Paper (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List). Next, I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock and stamped the heart over to the left. The heart has two stamps, one for the flowers and the other is the leaves. I stamped the flowers in Sweet Sorbet ink first and then stamped the leaves in Old Olive ink. I tried stamping the leaves first but found it easier to stamp the flowers first and then the leaves, but that’s just me. I then adhered the heart piece to the Designer Series Paper.
I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White cardstock using the Country Bouquet stamp set in Sweet Sorbet ink and cut it out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of the card. I then added three Heart Pearls beside the stamped heart.
To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside of the card.

by Tracy | Feb 6, 2023 | Easter Card
Today I’m sharing a card I made using the Easter Bunny Bundle which includes the Easter Bunny stamp set and the Easter Bunny Punch. I also used the Gingham Embossing Folder and Country Floral Lane Designer Series Paper.
The Easter Bunny Bundle is currently on the Low Inventory List as well as the Easter Bunny Punch so if you’ve had your eye on the bundle or punch, now is the time to pick it up! It’s possible if it becomes unavailable that it won’t be restocked.
I started with a piece of Petal Pink cardstock for the base of my card. Next, I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock, placed it inside the Gingham Embossing Folder and ran it through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. After adhering it to the base of my card, I then cut a square out of Petal Pink cardstock and another one out of Country Floral Lane Designer Series Paper and adhered them together (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List). I adhered this piece to the front of the card.
I cut a scalloped circle out of Petal Pink cardstock and a circle out of Basic White cardstock using the Layering Circles Dies and then adhered the two pieces together. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and placed it on the Designer Series Paper square.
On a piece of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the bunny using Memento Ink and then colored him using Gray Granite (Light) and Petal Pink (Light) Stampin’ Blends. Then, I adhered the bunny to the Basic White circle and added three Milky Dots.
I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White cardstock using Memento ink and the stamp set, Easter Bunny, and then cut it out using the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of the card. To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside.
