I recently purchased the Christmas Wishes Kit by Stampin’ Up! I wasn’t initially attracted to it because I like traditional Christmas colors but went ahead and got it anyway. There are gold envelopes and gold touches in the card bases and that sold me on it!
I made one of each card which I will show below..

The kit comes with all the supplies to make 8 cards. There’s even a sentiment that you stamp inside the card. There’s also a sticker that you place on the gold envelopes.

Designer Series Paper Sale

I started with Night of Navy cardstock for the base of my card. You can see the measurements/scoring I used below the Supply List. Then I cut my Full of Life Designer Series Paper and adhered them to each panel. You can see how I cut it below (the last piece you can use on another card).
I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock and adhered it to the inside of the card. Then, I stamped my sentiment onto Basic White cardstock using Night of Navy ink and the Layering Leaves stamp set. I cut it out using the Nested Essentials Dies. I cut a larger (same shape) out of Berry Burst cardstock and adhered the sentiment to it. On the back, I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the right side only and adhered it to the front of the card.
To complete my card, I added three Tinsel Gems below the sentiment.

Here’s What You’ll Receive:

The paper will be cut, scored, embossed and die cut for you! Envelopes will also be provided. For this Sampler you only need to provide a stamp set, ink and adhesive (see below for what you’ll need).

You’ll receive an email when I mail your Card Sampler and the PDF Tutorial will be included in that email.
When using the Countryside InnCard Sampler Host Code to place your order, you will not qualify for other current host code rewards.
Per Stampin’ Up! policy, card samplers can only be mailed within the United States.
You’ll receive all the materials to make three or six cards (one or two of each design). You’ll quickly have beautiful cards ready to be mailed out to someone special. If you can’t make the cards once they arrive, no worries, each card is labeled in its own clear envelope which makes it easy to come back to later. Once you’ve made all the cards in the Sampler, you’ll be able to easily replicate each card by following the easy to follow directions in the PDF (pictures are included as well).

Listed below are the supplies you’ll need to complete the cards exactly as shown(or you can use what you already own). I started with a piece of Pretty Peacock cardstock for the base of my card. Then I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock and adhered a piece of Frames & Flowers Designer Series Paper to the Basic White cardstock. You can find all the measurements I used below the Supply List.
Next, I adhered the Basic White cardstock/DSP piece to the front of the card.
I punched out the die cut wreath and stamped the sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink using the stamp set, Happiest Day. Then I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the wreath and adhered it to the front of the card. Next, I punched out the leaves and flowers and adhered them to the wreath.
To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside and added three Shimmer Gems in Peach Pie to the front.
