Today I’m sharing one of the cards in my Flower & Field Card Sampler from earlier this month (this Sampler is no longer available but my Happy Thoughts Card Sampler is available until January 23rd). My samplers include all the paper and embellishments needed to make six cards and include a PDF Tutorial. You can find more information about my newest sampler later in the post.
Today’s card features Flower & Field Designer Series Paper which is one of seven free Sale-a-Bration gifts you can choose from with a $50 order (before tax and shipping).
I began with a piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock that I scored in two places to create a fun fold (you can find all the measurements below the Supply List). On the front of the card I added a layer of Bumblebee cardstock and Field & Flower Designer Series Paper to the left-side panel.
On the inside, I added layers of Bumblebee and Basic White cardstock with a strip of Flower & Field Designer Series Paper. The sentiment (please see my notes about the stamp set below) was stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink onto Basic White cardstock and cut out with the Hippo & Friends Dies and layered onto Bumblebee cardstock, also cut with the same set of dies. On the back of the sentiment piece, I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the left side only and then placed it on the right-hand side of the card. The left side of the card tucks under the sentiment.
I used Bumblebee cardstock to cut a flower using the Small Bloom Punch. I added a glue dot to the back and placed it on the sentiment piece. The finishing touch was to add an Opal Round to the center of the flower.
Note about the sentiment: I cut the “Happy Birthday” stamp in half so I would have more options for using it. To cut it apart, I used my Paper Snips, which are very, very sharp. It’s scary to cut a stamp but I’m happy I did it!

Today’s card features the Stampin’ Up! Dragonfly Garden Bundle which includes the Dragonfly Garden stamp set and the Dragonflies Punch. If you purchase the Dragonfly Bundle which includes the stamp set and punch, you’ll save 10%!
I started with a base of Thick Basic White cardstock and then added a layer of Misty Moonlight cardstock. The next layer is Basic White cardstock with another layer of Misty Moonlight cardstock and Dandy Garden 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. The coordinating colors in this paper are: Basic Black, Blackberry Bliss, Bumblebee, Calypso Coral, Misty Moonlight, Mossy Meadow, and Basic White.
I stamped the dragonfly onto Basic White cardstock using Memento Ink, which works really well with our Stampin’ Blends. I colored the dragonfly using a Dark Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blend and a Light Misty Moonlight Stampin’ Blend. I cut the dragonfly out using the Dragonflies Punch.
I cut a circle out of Basic White using the Layering Circles Dies. The sentiment was stamped using Misty Moonlight ink and the stamp set, Dragonfly Garden. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and attached the circle to the front of the card. I also put Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of the dragonfly before adhering it to the circle. The final touch was to add a Mini Glue Dot to the back of the ladybug before placing it beside the dragonfly.

Today’s card features Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper which can be found in the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog. Ice Cream is one of my MOST favorite foods (love it!) so I was immediately drawn to this paper but you won’t find any ice cream in sight on my card today.
The colors in this package of paper make me so happy! They are:

The base of my card is Pool Party cardstock with layers of Basic White cardstock and Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper. Before adhering the Basic White/Designer Series Paper layer, I wrapped our beautiful Pool Party Sheer Ribbon around the cardstock.
The sentiment was stamped onto Basic White cardstock with Bermuda Bay ink using the stamp set, Today’s Tiles (I love the fonts used in this set) and was cut out using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. I popped the sentiment up using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
To complete the card, I added three Artistry Blooms Adhesive Backed Sequins to the front. You can find a list of all the supplies I used in the Supply List below.

Making today’s card was a little out of my comfort zone but I created it while taking part in a card sketch challenge. I used Flower & Field Designer Series Paper, one of the products you can earn FREE with a $50 order during Sale-a-Bration.
I started with a base of Flirty Flamingo cardstock and added a layer of Basic White cardstock that I ran through the Tasteful Textile embossing folder using the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Using the largest dies in the Layering Circles Dies, I cut a Basic White circle and a Flirty Flaming scalloped circle. I embossed the Basic White circle with the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder and then layered the two pieces together.
I used the Triple Banner Punch to create banners using Flirty Flamingo cardstock and Flower & Field Designer Series Paper. The sentiment was stamped in Flirty Flamingo ink onto Basic White cardstock using the stamp set Hydrangea Haven and then it was layered onto a piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock. Both pieces were cut out with the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.
