These days I’m having a difficult time keeping track of which day it is but I always know when it’s Tuesday! You’ll find a free tutorial for today’s card below the Supply List!
I used Playing with Patterns 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper to create today’s card along with the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. Below is a Purple Posy/Calypso Coral version of the card.
There are so many possibilities with this very versatile paper!

Today’s card is one of three cards included in my July Card Sampler. Place a minimum $50 order at my Stampin’ Up! online store using the host code VEKBEWZT and I’ll send you all of the paper and embellishments needed to make two of today’s card along with four more cards in two other designs. Plus, for every $50 purchase, you’ll earn a $5.00 Bonus Coupon from Stampin’ Up! You’ll be able to redeem your coupons when you place an order August 4-31. There’s no limit to how many Bonus Coupons you can earn!
To complete the card kits in the July Sampler, you’ll need to supply your own stamp set, ink and adhesive. For today’s card, I used the stamp set, Happiest of Birthdays. You can use what you already own or purchase the set. There’s nothing like seeing products in person and my card samplers are a great way to play with Stampin’ Up! products.

Stampin’ Up! Updates
- The Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine will be available for purchase on September 1, 2020. Unfortunately the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine won’t be available until later in the year as production has been impacted by COVID-19.
- If you’ve tried to order ink refills of our new In Colors, I apologize for your frustration in being unable to order them. Our manufacturer of ink refill bottles has been involved in the production of medical products during COVID-19. Stampin’ Up! will provide more inventory just as soon as they can. Thank you for your patience.
- The August – December 2020 Mini Catalog will go live on August 4, 2020. If you’d like a copy, email me and I’ll add your name to the list to receive one.

Today I’m sharing the Gorgeous Posies Project Kit but first I want to let you know that today is the last day my June Card Sampler will be available. Place a minimum $50 order using the host code F6VJWUP9 at my Stampin’ Up! online store and receive 6 card kits with envelopes (2 each of three designs) and a PDF Tutorial that includes pictures, measurements and a supply list. Check HERE for all the details.
Have you ever seen a product in the catalog that you just HAVE to have? I had to have the Gorgeous Posies Project Kit and I wasn’t disappointed when it arrived in my first order from the new catalog! Oh my gosh, I love it! The funny thing is, I didn’t realize it came with a box! So if you’re looking at the kit in the catalog, know that it also includes a nice-sized, beautiful box. It was a very nice surprise!
Edited to add: The box comes fully assembled with all the pieces to create the cards inside the box.
The kit comes with all the materials (you can see everything in the picture above) to make 16 cards – card bases, card fronts, color coordinated envelopes, and embellishments too. The Gorgeous Posies Stamp Set coordinates with the kit and can be purchased separately. The sentiments in the stamp set fit perfectly on the sentiment pieces in the card kit
The colors that coordinate with the kit are: Blackberry Bliss (the color ink I used), Blushing Bride, Gorgeous Grape, and Highland Heather. The kit also includes ribbon with gold accents and purple Baker’s Twine but I chose not to use them on my card.
I added two flowers and leaves that I placed around the sentiment. One was popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals and the other one was adhered with Multipurpose Glue. As you can see in the photo below, the kit comes with lots of flowers and leaves. I’m looking forward to making more of these cards! Did I mention I love the box? 🙂
