If you love butterflies, you’re going to love all the new products debuting today! The card I’m sharing was created using two of these new products: Butterfly Bijou 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper and the Brilliant Wings Dies.
Here are the new products available today:
Today’s card is quick and easy to make! I started by adhering a layer of Butterfly Bijou 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper to my Mint Macaron card base. Then I used that same Designer Series Paper to cut a butterfly using the Brilliant Wings Dies. If you’d like to see a good representation of the dies you’ll receive in the Brilliant Wings Dies, take a look HERE at the image for the Butterfly Brilliance Collection where you can see the actual dies.
I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. Then I stamped the sentiment in the corner with Mint Macaron ink using the stamp set, Butterfly Gala. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the scalloped rectangle and adhered it to the front of the card. I used Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of the butterfly (in some places I had to cut them in half) and adhered it to the Stitched So Sweetly rectangle. To complete the card, I added three Holiday Rhinestones to the front.
If you’d like to make today’s card, you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List.

Very pretty, thanks for sharing.
Thank you, Mary Katherine!
Wow! This card is gorgeous, Tracy!! I love the beautiful butterfly. The DSP looks like you hand-blended the colors. Great tip about cutting the butterfly from the DSP before adhering it to the cardbase. Enjoy your day!
Thank you, Hilda!I’m so glad it looks like I hand-blended the colors! I love it when the DSP does all the hard work! 🙂
