Today’s card features the Gathered Leaves Dies and the beautiful Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Paper.
I started with a piece of Early Espresso cardstock for the card base. After cutting the paper (all the measurements can be found below the Supply List), I cut off 2-3/4″. The cardstock I cut off, is the horizontal piece the leaves are on.
Next, I added a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock to the inside the card and then attached a piece of Gilded Autumn Designer Series Paper to the front of the card.
I stamped the sentiment onto another piece of Very Vanilla cardstock using Cajun Craze ink and the stamp set, Country Home. Then I adhered it to the Early Espresso piece I cut off earlier. Stampin’ Dimensionals were added to the back, but only on the right side (the part that will be on the Designer Series Paper).
Time to finish the card and make some pretty leaves! The Gathered Leaves Dies not only cut out the leaves but emboss them too! I used Mint Macaron, and Cajun Craze cardstock to cut out the leaves as well as another piece of Gilded Autumn Designer Series Paper (the speckled leaf). I adhered all the leaves to the sentiment piece using Multipurpose Glue except for the top Mint Macaron leaf to which I added several Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Love, Love, Love this card! TFS!!!
Thank you, Davette!
I love how your cards look so different from day to day, but the recommended supplies overlap a bit, so we’re not buying all new things every time we want to make cards; we can build on what we have purchased already.
Thanks for your great ideas, and I’m putting together another order 😉
Tracy, I’m not sure how to emboss with the Gathered Leaves dies. Would you mind explaining that to me? Thank you.
Ceresa, I sent you an email!
Ceresa, I tried to email you twice but the email was undeliverable. When you run three of the dies in the Gathered Leaves Dies through your die-cutting machine, they come out cut AND embossed. The leaves are so pretty using cardstock but when you use any of our foil sheets, they are gorgeous!
