To create today’s card I used Best Dressed 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper. This beautiful paper debuted in the January-June 2020 Mini Catalog and sadly, it’s retiring. It includes 48 sheets of 2-sided paper. I love the soft floral side of the paper.
I used Lovely Lipstick cardstock for the base of the card and the sentiment was stamped in Lovely Lipstick ink (using the stamp set, Timeless Tropical). This beautiful color is one of five retiring 2018-2020 In Colors. Each year five new colors are introduced and five colors retire. I’m sad to see this beautiful shade of pink retiring as I’ve loved using it. Some products in the retiring colors collections have already sold out and everything in these colors is available while supplies last.

I used the Stitched So Sweetly Dies to cut out the Best Dressed Designer Series Paper and the sentiment. These dies, along with the coordinating stamp set, So Sentimental, will be returning in the new Annual Catalog (yay!!) but the So Sentimental Bundle which includes the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and the stamp set So Sentimental (and saves you 10%) will not be returning. The products are returning but the bundle price is not.
Edited on 5-13-20: I stated incorrect information in the paragraph above. I’ve been with Stampin’ Up! for eleven years and bundles, along with their discounted prices, have NEVER returned in a new catalog. I just found out that several bundles WILL BE carrying over into the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog and the So Sentimental Bundle is one that WILL BE returning. I’m so sorry for any confusion!!
The Purple Posy cardstock was embossed using the Subtle 3D embossing folder and a die-cutting machine.

Today’s card features the Springtime Impressions Dies. This set of dies is on the Retiring List and on sale for a great price!
Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper, which debuted in the Mini Catalog, is also retiring. I love all the vibrant colors and tropical feel of this paper.
This gate-fold card is really quick and easy to make. The base of the card is a single piece of Old Olive cardstock. To create the gate, the So Saffron cardstock is scored in two places (you can find all the measurements below the supply list).
The butterfly has one Mini Stampin’ Dimensional down its center and is positioned so that it covers both sides of the fold. The sentiment was stamped onto Whisper White cardstock using Old Olive ink and was cut out using the Ornate Frames Dies. These dies debuted in the Holiday Mini Catalog and currently can’t be found in a catalog but are available for purchase here. They will be carrying over into the new Annual Catalog which debuts on June 3rd.

Today I’m showcasing more new products from the Ornate Garden Suite:
I think the star of this card is the Ornate Floral Embossing Folder. Oh my gosh, it’s so pretty! I love using embossing folders because they completely transform a plain piece of cardstock into a work of art!
This is a very quick and easy card to make! After running Seaside Spray cardstock through my die-cutting machine using the Ornate Floral Embossing Folder, I wrapped our Seaside Spray Metallic Ribbon around the cardstock. I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue to attach it to the card base.
The sentiment was stamped onto Whisper White cardstock with Seaside Spray ink using the stamp set, Ornate Thanks. It was then cut out using a die-cutting machine using the Ornate Layers Dies.
Tip: Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip to easily remove all the small pieces from this die (this tip fits onto the Take Your Pick Tool).

Happy Monday!
If you enjoy making quick and easy cards, today’s card fits into that category! I used the beautiful Very Versailles stamp set along with the Layered Leaves embossing folder. I love the font used for the sentiment! It’s so pretty!
Please note: I just found out this morning that the Layered Leaves embossing folder is unavailable and can’t be found in my online store BUT it IS in the catalog and will be available soon. Stampin’ Up! up has switched to a new supplier for the embossing folders and this has caused some delays in getting new stock. I apologize for this inconvenience.
I used Old Olive for the base of the card and then added another layer of Old Olive so that I could emboss it. I used the Layered Leaves embossing folder and kept with the theme of leaves. I again used Old Olive to stamp the leaves and for the sentiment, I used Blackberry Bliss. This top layer has been popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
