I am a sucker for flowers and just love this wreath! This is a new stamp set in the Annual Catalog called Circle of Spring. Last year in the Winter catalog we had a cute stamp set called Wondrous Wreath (click here to see that stamp set) which also had a matching Framelit. Both the stamp set and Framelit are now in the Annual Catalog – yea!!! But the best part?? You can use Circle of Spring with the Wonderful Wreath Framelits!!!

I stamped the wreath with Memento Ink and then colored it with my Stampin’ Write markers. It’s very relaxing to sit and color while watching television. I stamped the sentiment and then punched it out with my 2″ Circle Punch. I put Stampin’ Dimensionals just around the edge of the circle on front and placed the wreath on top of it. I originally made it without dimensionals and I wasn’t happy. Adding the dimensionals gave it the look that I wanted. I added the lace to it at the last minute because I thought it looked a little plain without it but the wreath is so pretty that I think it can stand alone.

This week has been a busy one! Our oldest daughter, Jenny, celebrated her 34th birthday on the 20th. I have to admit that it is still hard to wrap my head around the fact that I am old enough to have a 34 year old daughter!
My husband and I spent the day with Jenny in Los Angeles, where she lives. She is vegan and we are not but she chose a restaurant for dinner that served both options. Everything was absolutely delicious. We ate and drank quite well that day as we celebrated Jenny!
Later in the week our youngest daughter, Erin, invited me along while she went to have photos taken of Audrey and Brick. What fun!

I remember receiving my first Stampin’ Up! order in the mail. I was so excited but later became frustrated because I couldn’t open my stamp pads! Sounds silly now! Once you learn how to open them, it’s very easy! So, my video today is for the new Stampin’ Up! stamper!
Today I have another card I received in the mail! This one is from Ronda Wade who is also a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. The beautiful flowers are from the stamp set Remarkable You and the sentiment comes from the set, One Big Meaning.
Remarkable You Wood #139891 Clear #139894
One Big Meaning Wood #138788 Clear #139420
Ronda placed a small strip of black striped paper from the DSP pack Color Me Irresistible (#138439) behind the flowers. It might be hard to see but in person it really adds a nice touch!
