Stampin’ Up! Botanical Bliss

While preparing to go to OnStage in Orlando, I made today’s cards.  I was going to mass produce them but had to drop out of an organized swap so only made the five I’m showing today rather than 50! If you follow my blog, you know that I love this paper. It brings me joy every time I look at it! Have you read the book The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo? In it she talks about finding joy in the things around you.  If you hold something you own and it doesn’t give you joy, she recommends getting rid of it.  That has helped me to declutter my home! Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper gives me joy!  (more…)

Envelope Punch Board Chocolate Pouches

Yesterday I shared little boxes I made using Stampin’ Up! Brights 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper.  I took them to give to friends at OnStage in Orlando. I also gave them today’s project, matching pouches, that I filled with Dove Chocolates.  I created them using the Envelope Punch Board and they really are quick and easy to make! Back in February I did an Envelope Punch Board series and I made a video showing how to construct the pouch.  To see that video over on YouTube, click here! Please note:  the paper I use in the video is no longer available.   (more…)

Are You a “No Contact” Customer?

When online orders are placed, a customer is given the option of selecting a “No Contact” box.   This means that Stampin’ Up! does not have permission to pass their contact information on to me.  I completely respect anyone’s wish to do this but it makes me sad because I have no way of saying thank you.  After I receive an order, I send a thank you via email and then send a thank you package via snail mail. I also send free catalogs to anyone who orders from me and I have other perks as well because I’m very appreciative of all orders I receive.

I received an order this morning and the customer selected the “No Contact” box. Because the host code was used I’m not sure if the No Contact box was checked off in error.  If this was your order and you didn’t mean to check the box or it was unclear what it meant, please email me at tracy@stampingwithtracy.com and include a list of several of the items you purchased so I can send you some happy mail!

As I said earlier, I respect a customers right to check off No Contact, but in case it was done in error this morning, I wanted to reach out.

Thank you for your support of my Stampin’ Up! business!

Itty Bitty Boxes

For the past several days I’ve shared cards I swapped at OnStage and today I have a little box I made to give to several friends who also attended. Making boxes might seem a bit intimidating but they’re really pretty easy.  The hard part is figuring out the dimensions to make your box but I’ve done that for you! (more…)

Stampin’ Up! OnStage Swaps

I returned home last night from Orlando, Florida.  I had a great time at OnStage, the Stampin’ Up! convention where we celebrated the 30th birthday of Stampin’ Up!  The convention was at the Orange County Convention Center and IT. IS. HUGE! I looked it up and it’s the second largest convention facility in the United States.  I believe it! My hotel was at one end of the Convention Center and the halls Stampin’ Up! used were at the opposite end! I racked up the steps!

I’m sharing a few pictures from OnStage and a few of the swaps I made to share with other demonstrators. This first picture was the grand finale of the event with confetti everywhere!

Several days ago I shared all the swaps I made as I laid them out on my bed in my hotel room.  The cards I’m sharing today are all one layout using Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper! Did you know that on the back of each package of Designer Series Paper, Stampin’ Up! lists all the colors that coordinate with it? Knowing which colors match is not one of my strengths so I love this! (more…)

Stampin’ Up! Garden Impressions

This past week I’ve been very busy making cards to swap with other demonstrators while in Orlando, celebrating the 30th birthday of Stampin’ Up! For each card I make, I receive another one in return! I took a picture in my hotel room of almost all the cards I created.  When you find a design you like, it’s easy to start mass producing! Spend a day doing that and you’ll have a nice supply of cards on hand to send or give out to your friends and family!

Today I’m sharing two of the cards in the pile! Same layout, same package of paper and the same sentiment but I varied the colors I used depending on the Designer Series Paper. (more…)

May Your Christmas Be Bright

Today’s quick and easy card was created using the Making Christmas Bright stamp set and All is Bright Designer Series Paper.  I layered Real Red & Call Me Clover cardstock along with a piece of All is Bright Designer Series Paper.  I stamped the sentiment in Real Red and cut it out with the Layering Circles Framelits.  It’s adhered to a larger Call Me Clover circle made with the Stitched Shapes Framelits.  I finished the card with Red Rhinestones. They are very petite and pretty.  I’m sorry my picture doesn’t show how sparkly they are.  (more…)

Making Christmas Merry & Bright

I’ve been talking about the Making Christmas Bright Bundle all week and today I have a card that showcases the Making Christmas Bright stamp set and the Christmas Bulb Builder Punch. When you purchase these two products together, using the special bundle item number (149947), you’ll save 10%.

I have to give credit to Peggy Noe for this cute design! I googled the stamp set and her card popped up. I made just a few changes but basically it’s her design. Thanks Peggy!  (more…)

Stampin’ Up! Festive Farmhouse

Today I have another card featuring the stamp set Making Christmas Bright.  If you missed yesterday’s card, click here for another idea!

My sentiment is from Making Christmas Bright and the Designer Series Paper I used is called Festive Farmhouse, both from the Holiday Catalog. I made a second version of the card using the same Designer Series Paper but I changed up the Cardstock colors.  Check it out below.  Which one do you prefer? I definitely have my favorite but I’d love to hear which one you like best!  (more…)

Stampin’ Up! Making Christmas Bright

Welcome to my blog! For the next several days I’ll be featuring the stamp set Making Christmas Bright, currently available in the Holiday Catalog.  This fun stamp set coordinates with the Christmas Bulb Builder Punch. Although I didn’t use the punch with today’s card, if you purchase both the stamp set and punch together, you’ll save 10%. Be sure to use the special bundle item number 149947. (more…)
