Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Beauty

Today I’m sharing a card that was made using the Unbounded Love Bundle, the Flowers of Beauty Dies, Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder, 2024-2026 In Color Glimmer 12″ x 12″ Specialty Paper and 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems.

I started with a piece of Summer Splash cardstock for the base of my card. Then, I embossed a piece of Basic White cardstock using the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder and my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and adhered it to the card front.

I didn’t use adhesive sheets before running my Basic White cardstock and Glimmer Paper through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the Flowers of Beauty Dies and regretted it. It’s so much easier to lay the pieces down onto the front of your card with adhesive on the back but as I said I didn’t do it.  I ended up using Mini Glue Dots. So, don’t do as I did, use the adhesive sheets!

I used the Flowers of Beauty Dies to cut the Petunia Pop flowers and then attached them to the Basic White die cut leaf using Mini Glue Dots. I snipped off the end of the Basic White die cut leaf so it wouldn’t peek out under the sentiment. Then, I laid the Basic White die cut leaf to the front of the card.

Then, I adhered the Glimmer Paper die cut leaf on top of the Basic White die cut leaf, at an angle. I stamped the sentiment in Petunia Pop ink onto Basic White cardstock using the stamp set, Unbounded Love. I cut it out using Unbounded Love Dies, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the base of the leaves.

To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside and added three In Color Shimmer Gems to the center of three flowers and two on the sentiment.

Supply List

Below you’ll find all the Stampin’ Up! supplies I used for today’s card. If you need any stamping supplies, I’d love to be your demonstrator! You can place an order by clicking any of the images below to go to my Stampin’ Up! online store.

The Specialty Plate is used with 3D Embossing Folders.

Many Stampin’ Up! Cards with One Sketch

Today I’m sharing many cards that I’ve made to send out as customer thank you cards. They all use the same layout but are made with different Designer Series Papers, colors and embossing folders. On most of the cards I used the Spotlight on Nature stamp set (currently on the Low Inventory List), Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder (I will let you know when I used a different embossing folder)  and the Everyday Details DiesThe Spotlight on Nature Bundle is currently unavailable and is estimated to be in stock the week of June 24th

For this first one I used Wildly Flowering Designer Series Paper

To create my card I started with a base of Thick Basic White cardstock. Then, I placed a piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock in the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder, ran it through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and adhered it to the front of the card. Then I layered a piece of Basic White cardstock with Wildly Flowering Designer Series Paper and then adhered it to the card.

I stamped the sentiment in Misty Moonlight ink onto Basic White cardstock and then cut it out with the Everyday Details Dies. I cut another larger circle using these same dies out of Misty Moonlight cardstock and adhered the sentiment to the front. Then, I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of my card. To complete my card, I added three Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels (I tried to put them in the center of the flowers).

With this version I added a Basic White circle instead of Misty Moonlight.

This next one I used Moody Mauve cardstock and Moody Mauve ink. You can see the two versions below.

For this next one I used embossed Misty Moonlight cardstock and used Moody Mauve ink and for the second one I used embossed Moody Mauve cardstock and Moody Mauve ink

For these next two card I used Meandering Meadows Designer Series Paper. The first card I used Melon Mambo cardstock and ink, the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder and three of the Glossy Dots Assortment. For the next card, I used Highland Heather cardstock and ink and more of the Glossy Dots. I also used the Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder

For these next cards I used Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper, Fern 3D Embossing Folder and Petal Pink & Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems. For the first card I used Pretty Peacock cardstock, Crumb Cake cardstock and Pretty Peacock ink.  On the second card I used the same colors but I reversed them.

I hope you enjoyed these cards!

Expressions of Kindness Kit by Stampin’ Up!

Today I’m sharing the Expressions of Kindness Kit by Stampin’ Up! It has beautiful florals and gold accents. With each of our kits, there are directions but you can make the cards in your style, which is what I did. Included in the kit is the supplies for all 8 cards and beautiful envelopes are included too! You’ll receive a Stampin’ Spot, a stamp block, a stamp set, ribbon, sparkly gems, glue dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals, gold floral leaves and floral elements, in addition to the card bases and envelopes.

As I said, you can make these in any way you want! I chose to not use the ribbon because that isn’t my style (I’ll save it for another set of cards) and after stamping one flower (you can see what I’m talking about in the video below), I decided not to do it with the others, I liked it as it was. The picture below shows what comes with the kit.

Here’s the cards, the Stampin’ Up! way!

And here’s the cards, the Tracy way! I didn’t like how I stamped one of the sentiments (they do give you extras) so ended up using the sentiment from the other card and used ribbon on that one.

You can watch a video where you can see all that comes with the kit and Sara will show you how to make one of each card.

It really is a beautiful kit! If you’d like to order the Expressions of Kindness Kit, you can do it here.

Stampin’ Up! Country Lace Designer Series Paper

The card I’m sharing today is the exact card from Wednesday but I used different Designer Series Paper and cardstock. You can see Wednesday’s card here. I used the Friends for Life Bundle, Country Lace Designer Series Paper, Cute Crochet 3D Embossing Folder and Petal Pink & Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems

I started with Petal Pink cardstock for the base of my card.  Then, I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock that I embossed using the Cute Crochet 3D Embossing Folder and my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. I then adhered the embossed cardstock to the front of the card.

I layered a piece of Petal Pink cardstock with a piece of Country Lace Designer Series Paper (DSP) – this paper is currently on the Low Inventory List, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the embossed cardstock.

I used the Friends for Life Dies to cut a Basic White background for “friend” and used the same pattern of Country Lace DSP to cut the actual word friend. I used Adhesive Sheets on the back of the Country Lace DSP to make gluing “friend” easier. I adhered the two pieces together, added Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered “friend” to the front of the card.

I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White cardstock using the Friends for Life stamp set in Boho Blue ink. I then used my Paper Snips to cut it to the size I wanted or you could use the Stampin’ Up! Paper Trimmer. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and placed it under “friend”.

To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White to the inside of the card and added three Petal Pink Foiled Gems to the front.

New Promotion Starts Today!

I have a card to share with you today but first . . . . .

A New Promotion Begins Today!!!

Stampin’ Up! is offering an additional 10% off all stamp and die bundles (that’s a total of 20% off)! PLUS, save 10% off the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. It’s very rare that I don’t emboss or die cut when making a card. I love my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine!

  • This promotion does not include stamp & punch bundles.
  • The Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine comes in white and Boho Blue. Boho Blue is available while supplies last.
  • I’m anticipating that some of the bundles could go out of stock and I don’t how long it will take to get back in stock, so shop EARLY!
  • The 10% discount will be applied automatically to stamp and die bundles.
  • This promotion ends on June 30th.

The card I’m sharing with you today was made using the Friends for Life Bundle which includes the Friends for Life stamp set and the Friends for Life Dies (and this is one of the bundles on sale for the rest of the month!). For this first card, I used Full of Life 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper, the Dotted Circles 3D Embossing Folder and Tinsel Gems Four Pack

I started with a piece of Pretty Peacock cardstock for the base of my card. Next, I put Basic White cardstock into the Dotted Circles 3D Embossing Folder and ran it through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Then, I adhered it to the front of the card.

I layered a piece of Pretty Peacock cardstock with Full of Life Designer Series Paper, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the embossed Basic White cardstock.

I used the Friends for Life Dies to cut the background for “friend” out of Basic White cardstock and the word friend out of Pretty Peacock cardstock. I used an adhesive sheet on the back of the Pretty Peacock cardstock to make gluing this so much easier.  I added the word friend to the Basic White background and then added Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and then, adhered it to the Designer Series Paper.

I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White cardstock using the Friends for Life stamp set and Melon Mambo ink. Then, I used my Paper Snips to cut the sentiment to the size I wanted. You could also use our Paper Trimmer. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it below “friend”.

To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside of my card and added three gems to the front of the card.  I’ve added the measurements I used below the Supply List.

Below you’ll find all the Stampin’ Up! supplies I used for today’s card. If you need any stamping supplies, I’d love to be your demonstrator! You can place an order by clicking any of the images below to go to my Stampin’ Up! online store.

Stampin’ Up! Hearts & Hugs Bundle

Today I have another card using the Hearts & Hugs Bundle. On Friday I posted another card using this bundle and you can see it here. I got the inspiration for this card from the sample in the Annual Catalog on page 61 and changed a few of the elements.

I also used the Stylish Shapes Dies, the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder and Iridescent Foil Gems

I started with Lemon Lolly cardstock for the base of my card. Then, I cut three strips of Lemon Lolly cardstock (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List) and inserted them into the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder and ran them through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Next, I adhered them to the Lemon Lolly base.

I cut a another piece of Lemon Lolly cardstock and layered it with a piece of Basic White cardstock but before adhering it to the Lemon Lolly cardstock, I used the Hearts & Hugs Dies to die cut the hearts at the top.  I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the Lemon Lolly cardstock and adhered it to the card.

I die cut Granny Apple Green cardstock for the leaves & grass using the Hearts & Hugs Dies and Lemon Lolly cardstock flowers using the same set of dies. I added Multipurpose Glue to the back of the leaves and grass and added it to the Basic White cardstock. I used Mini Glue Dots to attach the flowers to the stems and then added an Iridescent Foil Gem to the center of the flowers.

I stamped the sentiment in Memento Ink using the Hearts & Hugs stamp set and then cut it out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the card front.

To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside.

  • Lemon Lolly cardstock: 11” x 4-1/4”  scored at 5-1/2”  OR   8-1/2” x 5-1/2”  scored at 4-1/4”

  • Lemon Lolly cardstock: 3-3/4″ x 3-1/4″
  • Lemon Lolly cardstock (flowers): scraps

Stampin’ Up! Hearts & Hugs Bundle

Happy Friday! Today’s card was created using the Hearts & Hugs Bundle.  This bundle wasn’t one of my first purchases and I didn’t think I wanted it until I saw so many cute cards made with it! I also used 2024-2026 In Color Designer Series Paper, the Stylish Shapes Dies, the Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder and my Stampin’ Blends

I started with a piece of Thick Basic White cardstock for the base of my card. Then, I added a layer of Petunia Pop cardstock and Basic White cardstock to the front of my card.

Next, I added a piece of 2024-2026 In Color Designer Series Paper to the front. I added a piece of Petunia Pop cardstock that I embossed using the Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder and then adhered it to the front of the card.

I used the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut two squares out of Basic White cardstock and then adhered the smaller square to the larger one.  I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the larger square and placed it on the front of the card.

I stamped the mouse from the Hearts & Hugs stamp set onto Basic White cardstock using Memento Ink. I colored the cute mouse (I don’t think mice are cute in person but this one is) using Petal Pink, Gray Granite and Petunia Pop Stampin’ Blends. I then cut the mouse out using the Hearts & Hugs Dies.

I stamped the sentiment in Memento Ink onto a piece of Basic White cardstock using the Hearts & Hugs stamp set and then cut it out using the Stylish Shapes Dies. I cut the end off of the sentiment, otherwise it would stick out on the other side of the mouse. I adhered the sentiment to the mouse using Mini Glue Dots and then added more Mini Glue Dots to the mouse and adhered it to the smaller square.

To complete my card, I cut three hearts out of Petunia Pop cardstock using the Hearts & Hugs Dies, added Mini Glue Dots to the back of each one and adhered them to the front of the card. I’m so glad I purchased this bundle because I really enjoyed making this card! You can find the measurements I used below the Supply List.

For this first card I used Petunia Pop cardstock and Petunia Pop ink. This card is a bit softer than the one below.

Stampin’ Up! Wildly Flowering Designer Series Paper

Today I’m sharing a card using the same layout as the one I shared Friday but I’ve updated it with new products! I used Wildly Flowering Designer Series Paper (DSP), the Happiest Day stamp set, Spotlight on Nature Dies and Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder

I started with a piece of Thick Basic White cardstock for the base of my card. Next, I adhered a piece of Wildly Flowering DSP to a piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock.  Before adhering this piece to the front of my card, I embossed another piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock using the Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered it to the Wildly Flowering DSP and then adhered the entire piece to the front of the card.

I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White cardstock using Misty Moonlight ink and the stamp set, Happiest Day. I then cut it out using the Spotlight on Nature Dies. I cut a larger circle (same design) out of Moody Mauve cardstock.

I adhered the sentiment to the Moody Mauve cardstock circle, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of the card. To complete my card, I added three Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems to the front of the card.

Below you’ll find all the Stampin’ Up! supplies I used for today’s card. If you need any stamping supplies, I’d love to be your demonstrator! You can place an order by clicking any of the images below to go to my Stampin’ Up! online store.

Stampin’ Up! Kindest Expressions Stamp Set

Today I’m sharing a card I made for my recent Kindest Expressions Card Sampler.  I made the card using Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper (DSP), the Kindest Expressions stamp set, Deckled Circles Dies and Purple Fine Shimmer Gems

I started with a piece of Thick Basic White cardstock for the base of my card. Then I added a piece of Perennial Lavender DSP (floral design) to another piece of Perennial Lavender DSP (purple design). Before adhering it to the front of the card, I cut another piece of Perennial Lavender (purple design) and adhered it to the middle and then adhered the entire piece to the front.

I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White cardstock using Gorgeous Grape ink and the stamp set, Kindest Expressions. I cut it out using the Deckled Circles Dies and then cut a larger circle out of Gorgeous Grape cardstock using the same dies.  I layered the sentiment to the Gorgeous Grape, added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of the card. To complete my card, I added three Purple Fine Shimmer Gems.

Stampin’ Up! Sketched Butterflies Bundle

Today I’m sharing a card that I made using the Sketched Butterflies Bundle. I also used the Spotlight on Nature Dies, Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper (unfortunately this paper is unavailable right now but should be back in stock sometime next week – the week of May 27th) and the Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder

I started with a piece of Petunia Pop cardstock for the base of my card.  Then, I embossed a piece of Basic White cardstock using the Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder and then adhered it to the front of my card.

Next, I cut a circle out of Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper using the Spotlight on Nature Dies and then used the same paper to cut three butterflies using the Sketched Butterflies Dies. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the circle and adhered it to the front of the card. I added Mini Glue Dots to the backs of the butterflies and adhered them to the circle.

I stamped the sentiment in Petunia Pop ink using the Sketched Butterflies stamp set. I then cut it out using the Spotlight on Nature Dies. I added a Mini Glue Dot to the part that would be sitting on the DSP circle and Stampin’ Dimensionals to the bottom and adhered it to the card.

To complete my card, I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside of the card and added a rhinestone to each of the butterflies.

  • Petunia Pop cardstock:  11″ x 4-1/4″ score at 5-1/2″   OR   8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″  score at 4-1/4″ (the only difference is how the card opens)
  • Basic White cardstock (embossed and inside card): (2) 5-1/4″ x 4″
