April Paper Pumpkin Billing Update

For those of you waiting for the April Paper Pumpkin to ship, Stampin’ Up! just posted this new update: As a result of the global shipping crisis, we are experiencing more delays than what we anticipated last week. We are doing our best to work quickly and will begin billing and shipping the middle of this week; however, it will take into next week to complete the billing and shipping for all orders. Details on when we will conduct our second billing this month will be forthcoming and dependent upon how the situation develops. We appreciate your understanding as we work through these global shipping difficulties and will continue to keep you updated.

Today’s Card

Today I have another card featuring Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper.  I also used the retiring Scripty 3D Embossing Folder (available while supplies last and on sale) and the stamp set, Free as a Bird

Free as a Bird stamp set

I started with a piece of Thick Basic White cardstock and then added a layer of Basic White cardstock that was embossed with the Scripty 3D Embossing Folder using the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. Then I added a piece of Bumblebee cardstock and layered it with a piece of Fine Art Designer Series Paper and adhered it to the front of the card.

Free as a Bird Layering Circles Dies

Using the Layering Circles Dies, I cut a scalloped circle out of Thick Basic White cardstock. Then I stamped my bird and the sentiment with Memento ink using the stamp set, Free as a Bird.  I colored the bird using Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends and for the ground, I used Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. I adhered the circle to a larger circle using Bumblebee cardstock (also cut out with the Layering Circles Dies).

To complete the card, I added three Holiday Rhinestones in Pumpkin Pie. You can find the measurements I used below the Supply List.
