Stampin’ Up! Paper Butterfly Accents

Happy Valentine’s Day! 

Today’s card was created using Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper, the So Sincere stamp set, Paper Butterfly Accents, Deckled Rectangles Dies and one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders. 

 

Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper

 

 

I started with Gorgeous Grape cardstock for the base of my card.  Then, I embossed a piece of Basic White cardstock using one of the Basics 3D Embossing Folders and my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine and then I adhered it to the front of the card.

 

 

 

Next I cut a piece of Fresh Freesia cardstock and Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper with the Deckled Rectangles Dies. I adhered the Fresh Freesia rectangle at an angle and then adhered the DSP rectangle.

I stamped my sentiment on Basic White cardstock using Gorgeous Grape ink and the stamp set, So Sincere. I cut it out using the Deckled Rectangles Dies. I didn’t use Stampin’ Dimensionals for this card (shock!!!) and adhered it to the Designer Series Paper. You can’t add Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the butterfly, which is why I didn’t pop up the sentiment with Dimensionals. 

 

 

 

 

I used a Blending Brush to add color to my  butterfly (there are 40 butterflies in one package of Paper Butterfly Accents) with Fresh Freesia ink. Then, I added Multipurpose Glue to the back and placed it on my card. To finish my card, I added three Purple Fine Glimmer Gems and added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside.

Stampin’ Up! Wanted to Say Dies

Over the past several days, I received two orders from one person who chose that I not contact them. I am perfectly fine with that decision but I have found that people don’t realize that option has been selected.  If you ordered from me on the 16th and also on the 20th and have not received a thank you from me AND you didn’t realize you chose no contact, please email me!! I’d love to thank you for your order!

Today’s card was created using Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper (on sale this month), the Deckled Rectangles Dies and Wanted to Say Dies. I didn’t use a stamp set or ink! I have two variations of this card, one was made with Basic White cardstock and the other with Very Vanilla. You can decide which one you like better! 

 

 

 

I started with a piece of Lost Lagoon cardstock for the base of my card. Then I used the Deckled Rectangles Dies to cut a piece of Basic White cardstock and two different designs of Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper. I adhered all three pieces to the front of the card. 

 

 

 

I used the Wanted to Say Dies to cut out the words Feel Better Soon in Lost Lagoon cardstock and the ‘background” in Basic White cardstock. I used our Multipurpose Glue to adhere the words to the background and then added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back before adhering it to the front of the card. 

 

 

 

To complete the card, I adhered a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside.

There are some lines of white in this print of Inked Botanicals Designer Series Paper so I think both Basic White or Very Vanilla look nice and it’s just a preference of what you like. Below you’ll find the card made with Very Vanilla cardstock.

Stampin’ Up! Fresh as a Daisy Fun Fold

I have several variations of today’s fun fold card using Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper which is on sale this month! You can see another variation of this card using Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper HERE. 

To create the base of the card, you just need to score the cardstock in two places (you can find the measurements below the Supply List). For this first card I used Bubble Bath cardstock and Moody Mauve ink. The sentiment and the piece behind the sentiment were cut out using the Deckled Rectangles Dies and the stamp set I used is called Wonderful Thoughts. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the sentiment piece and attached it to the left side panel. 

 

 

 

 For this next card, I used Garden Green cardstock for the base and Garden Green ink. I also used Crushed Curry cardstock for behind the sentiment.  

 

 

 

For this card, I used Lemon Lolly cardstock for the base. For the card below this one, I used the same pattern of Designer Series Paper but used Pretty Peacock for the base. I used Pretty Peacock ink for both cards. 

 

 

 

 

For this next and final card, I used Cajun Craze cardstock and Boho Blue ink.

Stampin’ Up! Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper

Today’s card was created using Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper. This package of paper is on sale during the month of June! I also used the Wonderful Thoughts stamp set and Deckled Rectangles Dies. 

I started with a base of Balmy Blue cardstock and scored it in two places to create my fun fold (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List).  Then I cut two pieces of Designer Series Paper and adhered them to the each panel. A piece of Basic White cardstock was adhered to the inside.  

 

 

I stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy ink onto a piece of Basic White cardstock using the Wonderful Thoughts stamp set and then cut it out using our Deckled Rectangles Dies. 

 

 

 

 

I cut a larger piece of Balmy Blue cardstock using the Deckled Rectangles and adhered the sentiment to the front. On the back, I adhered Stampin’ Dimensionals to just the part that would be on the left side panel and then adhered it to the front of the card.

Stampin’ Up! Deckled Rectangles Dies

Today’s card was made using Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper, Deckled Rectangles Dies and the stamp set, Sentimental Park. This is a quick and easy card to make!

 

 

 

I started with Orchid Oasis cardstock for the base of my card. Then I layered two pieces of Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper with two pieces of Calypso Coral cardstock (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List) and adhered both to the card base.

 

 

 

I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock and adhered it to the inside of the card. 

 

 

 

I stamped the sentiment onto Basic White cardstock using the stamp set, Sentimental Park and Orchid Oasis ink. I then cut it out using the Deckled Rectangles Dies. I cut a larger rectangle out of Orchid Oasis cardstock using these same dies and then layered the two pieces together. On the back, I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the right side on only the part that would be touching the left panel and adhered it to the front of the card.

 

 

To complete my card, I added three Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the right panel.
