Today’s card features the Brilliant Wings Dies and the Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder.
I started with a base of Rococo Rose cardstock and then added a layer of Basic White cardstock that was run through the Cut & Emboss Machine using the Dainty Diamonds 3D Embossing Folder.
Did you know Rococo Rose is one of five colors retiring soon? This is a transition year so our retiring list for our 2020-2021 Annual Catalog will come out earlier than we’re used to. At the end of March the retiring list for the Annual Catalog will be released so if the colors below are any of your favorites my recommendation is to stock up now on any products you like in these colors. Don’t forget ink refills so you can continue to use your ink pads.
Using the Brilliant Wings Dies, I cut three butterflies out of Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper. I cut our Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals in half, and placed one down the center of each butterfly. The sentiment was stamped onto Basic White cardstock using the stamp set, Love of Leaves and Rococo Rose ink. I cut it out using the Tasteful Labels Dies and popped it up using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
To complete my card, I added a small pearl on each butterfly.

If you love butterflies, you’re going to love all the new products debuting today! The card I’m sharing was created using two of these new products: Butterfly Bijou 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper and the Brilliant Wings Dies.
Here are the new products available today:
Today’s card is quick and easy to make! I started by adhering a layer of Butterfly Bijou 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper to my Mint Macaron card base. Then I used that same Designer Series Paper to cut a butterfly using the Brilliant Wings Dies. If you’d like to see a good representation of the dies you’ll receive in the Brilliant Wings Dies, take a look HERE at the image for the Butterfly Brilliance Collection where you can see the actual dies.
I cut a piece of Basic White cardstock using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. Then I stamped the sentiment in the corner with Mint Macaron ink using the stamp set, Butterfly Gala. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the scalloped rectangle and adhered it to the front of the card. I used Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals on the back of the butterfly (in some places I had to cut them in half) and adhered it to the Stitched So Sweetly rectangle. To complete the card, I added three Holiday Rhinestones to the front.

Today I’m sharing four cards I created using the Gorgeous Posies Project Kit from the Annual Catalog. Many months ago I shared a card I made from this kit but over the weekend I completed all the cards. The kit makes 16 cards and a beautiful, fully assembled box is included (you’ll need to supply a stamp set, ink and adhesive).
You can purchase the coordinating Gorgeous Posies stamp set but I used several other stamp sets to complete my cards. The nice thing about these kits is that directions are included that show how to finish the cards but you can assemble them however you want. I chose not to use the the purple twine and ribbon (with gold accents) and will save these for a future project.
I used the stamp set Butterfly Gala for the sentiment on these first two cards. I used Blackberry Bliss ink on the first one and Gorgeous Grape on the second one.
The sentiment on this next card was stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink using the stamp set Welcoming Window.
The sentiment on this card was stamped in Gorgeous Grape ink using the stamp set, Love of Leaves.
This last card is one I shared many months ago. I used the coordinating Gorgeous Posies stamp set for the sentiment and stamped it in Blackberry Bliss ink.
The colors on all the cards are vivid and stunning with lots of gold accents. I didn’t carefully read the catalog description and was very surprised when it arrived and there’s was a box included. I think this kit shows beautifully in the catalog but it’s even prettier in person.
