Frosted Floral Designer Paper has a wide variety of beautiful designs as you can see from the image below.  It’s been very popular and is actually on backorder at the moment but should be back in stock late next week. You can still order it and once it’s in stock, it will ship off to you!  (more…)

Another Wonderful Year

I love the look of an embossed piece of cardstock. If I have the option to leave the cardstock “naked” or run it through the Big Shot, nine times out of ten, it’s going through the Big Shot! If you’ve thought about purchasing a Big Shot and have wondered if you’d really use it, I’m here to tell you that I can’t craft without it.  Well, that’s sort of an exaggeration but I love the machine and I really do use it daily and pretty much on every card or project. Easy Gift Card Holder

Toil & Trouble Designer Series Paper

I have another gift card holder to share with you today as well as a video showing how easy it is to make! I used Toil & Trouble Designer Series Paper, Granny Apple Green & Basic Black cardstock.  As I mention in the video, you will need a piece of 12″ x 4″ Granny Apple Green cardstock.  You can only purchase 12″ x 12″ sheets of cardstock in our assortment packages and Granny Apple Green can be found in the Brights Assortment Pack. The sentiment is from the stamp set Takeout Treats and was stamped with Granny Apple Green ink.  It’s wrapped up with the glittery Glittered Organdy Ribbon.  All of the supplies I used are listed below as well as the video!  (more…)

Trick or Tweet!

Here’s a cute project that’s easy to make! You might recognize my Toil & Trouble Designer Series Paper covered Hershey Nuggets that I used for this project (the video on that page will show you how I covered the candy). I ate a few (so hard to resist) and then threw the rest in one of our 3″ x 6″Gusseted Bags and tied it up with 1/8″ Black Cord, which has a lot of sparkle to it! I then took our Solid Black Baker’s Twine and wrapped it around the closure so I could add my tag.  (more…)

The gift card is adhered to a piece of Whisper White cardstock using Glue Dots. I used the brand new Spooky Bats Punch and glued my bat down, again using Glue Dots. Definitely a quick and easy card to make! (more…)

Dahlia Fold Card

Does your Designer Series Paper sit in the cupboard unused? Pull it out and make a flower using the Dahlia Fold!  I have a video showing how easy it is to make the beautiful flower on my card! When making this type of flower, both sides of the paper show so I’m always on the look out for paper where both sides coordinate and this sheet from Frosted Floral Designer Series Paper is perfect!

The flowers were made using a 1-3/4″ Circle Punch and each piece was glued onto circle made using a 2″ Circle Punch (more…)
