I promised a picture tutorial for making a Dahlia Fold flower and today’s the day! Making these flowers is very addictive and so much fun. I will say that at first, I got a little frustrated folding the tiny pieces but with practice it has turned from frustrating to fun. Practicing with larger circles is the key to getting the technique down.

It’s Friday! I hope you have plans for the weekend that involve play and/or relaxation!
Today’s card uses two designs from the Floral Romance Designer Series Paper and an embossed piece of Pear Pizzazz cardstock. I have to admit that combining two different pieces of Designer Series Paper is out of my comfort zone but I’m pretty happy with how these two printed designs look together. (more…)
