Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper is beautiful! Some of the designs have gold accents including the one I used for today’s card (the center of each flower and scattered around the background).
The base of my card is Thick Basic White cardstock. I then layered a piece of the Designer Series Paper onto Pear Pizzazz cardstock. Before adhering this layer to the card base, I wrapped the Pale Papaya ribbon around it and tied a knot.
Using the Stitched Rectangle Dies, I cut a rectangle out of Basic White cardstock for the sentiment. I stamped it using the Stamparatus with the Biggest Wish stamp set in Pear Pizzazz ink. I was having trouble getting a nice solid image and the Stamparatus came to the rescue. The sentiment piece is small but because the magnets are so strong, I was able to easily stamp the sentiment twice for the bold image I wanted.
I added Stampin’ Dimensionals in the four corners of the sentiment and adhered it over the ribbon. This card is very easy to make but the paper & ribbon will wow anyone!

The retirement list for this catalog will be coming out in early June and all the retiring products will be available until June 30th or while supplies last. To create today’s card I started with a piece of Melon Mambo cardstock cut at 11″ x 4-1/4″ and scored at 5-1/2″. Then I trimmed one end at 2-3/4″ (you can find all the rest of the measurements below the Supply List). The piece that’s been cut off is used for the sentiment piece.
I added a piece of Sand & Sea Designer Series Paper to the front panel and also cut a small butterfly out of this same paper using the Brilliant Wings Dies. To attach the butterfly to the card, I used a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional but you could also use a Mini Glue Dot.
I stamped the sentiment onto a piece of Basic White cardstock using Memento Ink and my Stamparatus. I wanted the word “happy” to be nice and bold and you can always achieve that look when using the Stamparatus because you can stamp over and over again in the exact same place. “Sending Lots of” was stamped in Melon Mambo ink using a clear block, not the Stamparatus. This piece was adhered to the Melon Mambo cardstock that was trimmed off. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to one side of the sentiment piece and attached it to the front panel. To complete the card, I added three Basic Rhinestone Jewels for some sparkle!

I started with a base of Evening Evergreen cardstock and then added a layer of Soft Sea Foam cardstock that I ran through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder. Our 3D embossing folders are very thick and if you’ve never used one before, you’ll need to use our Specialty Plate when running it through your machine (this plate is not included with the machine). The “sandwich” you’ll use when running it through your machine is little bit different than the sandwich used with our standard embossing folders. You’ll start with the Base Plate, then the embossing folder with paper inside and the Specialty Plate on top (the sandwich for a standard folder is Base Plate, cutting plate, embossing folder, cutting plate). There’s nothing like a beautifully embossed piece of paper!
Next, I adhered a panel of Evening Evergreen cardstock with a piece of Pansy Petal Designer Series Paper. The sentiment was stamped in Mossy Meadow ink onto Basic White cardstock using the stamp set, Free as a Bird. Using the Evening Evergreen stamp pad is also a good option to stamp the sentiment. When I made the card, customers were not yet able to purchase the new stamp pad so I opted for Mossy Meadow. I cut both the sentiment and the Soft Sea Foam layer beneath it using the Hippo & Friends Dies. I love the stitching around the edges!
To complete my card, I added three Opal Rounds to the front of the card and added a panel of Basic White cardstock to the inside.

Sometimes all you need to make a quick and easy card is a beautiful piece of paper and this paper definitely qualifies as beautiful!
To create today’s card, I started with a base of Thick Basic White cardstock and then added a layer of Shaded Spruce cardstock and Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper. The sentiment was stamped onto Basic White cardstock using the stamp set Pansy Patch.
I cut the sentiment out using the Flowering Vine Dies and the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. These dies can be purchased as part of the Vine Design Bundle which includes the Vine Design stamp set and Flowering Vine Dies. You can find the Flowering Vine Dies, Vine Design stamp set and the Vine Design Bundle in the Mini Catalog. Sadly these dies and stamp set (as well as the bundle) will be retiring at the end of June.
I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the sentiment before attaching it to the front of the card. To complete my card, I added two Holiday Rhinestones in Shaded Spruce. I made several of these cards yesterday and included them in several of my thank you packages.

I started with a base of Just Jade cardstock. Then I layered a piece of Pale Papaya cardstock with a piece of Expressions of Ink Designer Series Paper. Before adhering these two pieces to the card base, I wrapped a piece of 3/8″ Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon around the layers and tied a bow.
I stamped the sentiment in Just Jade ink using the stamp set, Flowers of Friendship. I cut it out using the Stitched Retangles Dies and then added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the front of the card.
My goal when creating this card was to showcase this beautiful paper. This paper is much too pretty to cover up!

Both the In Bloom stamp set and the Pierced Blooms Dies are in the new catalog but the bundle is not. This is one of the cards I included in my Ice Cream Corner Card Sampler last month and it’s one of my favorites. I started with a base of Poppy Parade cardstock and then added a layer of Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper.
Using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine, I cut a rectangle out of Basic White cardstock and then stamped the sentiment in Poppy Parade Ink using the stamp set, Sweet Ice Cream. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it to the card front.
Using the Brilliant Wings Dies, I cut a butterfly out of the same design of Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper that I used for the first layer of the card. I adhered the butterfly to the stitched rectangle by adding Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals down the center of the butterfly that I cut in half. I use our Paper Snips to cut my Stampin’ Dimensionals. The scissors can get sticky so I have two pairs. I use one specifically for cutting anything that might be sticky and I keep a piece of ribbon on them so I know which pair I shouldn’t use when cutting paper or ribbon.
To complete the card, I added three Holiday Rhinestones in Pumpkin Pie. Our Holiday Rhinestones are currently on the Low Inventory List which means they could go into backorder status very soon. Don’t let the name fool you, these pretty rhinestones are for every day, not just holidays.

I started with a base of Soft Sea Foam cardstock and then added another layer that I ran through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine using the Painted Texture embossing folder. I cut a piece of Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper and layered it with a piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock.
The sentiment was stamped onto Basic White cardstock using Misty Moonlight ink and was then cut out using the Layering Circles Dies. I used those same dies to cut a scalloped circle out of Soft Sea Foam and a larger one out of Misty Moonlight. I layered these pieces with the sentiment and then added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and adhered it the front of the card. To complete the card, I added three Genial Gems for some sparkle! You can find all the measurements below the Supply List.
