Today’s card features the Hydrangea Haven Bundle which includes the Hydrangea Haven stamp set and the Hydrangea Dies (bundles always save you 10%).
I started with a base of Highland Heather cardstock and then added a layer of Basic White cardstock and Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper. I used the Stitched So Sweetly Dies and the Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine to cut a scalloped rectangle out of Basic White cardstock.
Next, I used the Hydrangea Dies to cut the flower out of Highland Heather cardstock using my Mini Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine (both of the dies I used WILL fit in our smaller Cut & Emboss Machine). The flowers come out partially cut and I pushed each petal up so it wasn’t laying flat. I stamped the leaves onto the Basic White rectangle using Old Olive ink and stamped the sentiment with Memento Ink using the Hydrangea Haven stamp set. Then I used very small amounts of Multipurpose Liquid Glue around the outside of the Hydrangea and adhered it to the top of the leaves.
To complete the card, I added pearls in the center of each flower and adhered a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside. I’ve had these dies since January and I was a little intimidated to use them – I know, silly. They were so easy to use!! The dies do all the work and make it so easy to create a beautiful card!

Today’s card is a sneak peek of several new products in the 2021-2022 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog which goes live on May 4, 2021 – next week (I can’t wait)!
I started with a piece of Pool Party cardstock and then used the Scalloped Contour Dies (available May 4th) to cut a piece of Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper (available May 4th). Then, using these same set of dies, I cut the Basic White scalloped rectangle. I stamped the sentiment using the Color & Contour stamp set (available May 4th) in Memento Ink.
I stamped the flower, also from the Color & Contour stamp set, onto Thick Basic White cardstock using Memento Ink. I colored it with Pool Party & Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends and then cut it out with Scalloped Contour Dies. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back and also added a Mini Glue Dot to the very end of the stem to secure it. I added one of our Genial Gems (available May 4th) to the front to complete the card.

Today’s cards combine a retiring product with a new product!
To create both of my cards, I used Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper, a beautiful paper from the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog. It’s one of many retiring products from this catalog and is available while supplies last or May 3, 2021. I combined it with a new product from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog (debuting on May 4, 2021) called the Scalloped Contours Dies. Both the sentiment piece and the one it’s layered on are from this set of dies. For the sentiment I used the stamp set Vine Design (from the January – June 2021 Mini Catalog) and stamped it in Memento Ink.
For this next card, I used all the same products as the card above but used Garden Green cardstock for the layer underneath the sentiment and I stamped the sentiment in Green Green Ink. I used Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop up both the sentiment piece and the layer underneath it. The base of each card is Thick Basic White cardstock.

Today I’m sharing another use for the retiring Craft & Carry Stamparatus Bag that I found out quite by accident! If you have an Erin Condren planner, it fits perfectly inside this bag!
The bag is meant for storing your Stamparatus but I’ve used it for many different purposes such as keeping Stampin’ Blends inside along with a project I’m working on. I just got back from visiting my mom for 6 weeks and right before leaving I was dashing around picking up the last of my things and thought, hmm, I wonder if my planner will fit inside and it did! I did a little happy dance right there on the spot!
There’s a nice pocket on the outside front and inside there are several pockets to store notes, stickers or pens for your planner. One of the pockets on the inside (shown below) has a Velcro closing so your things will stay nice and secure. The other side of the bag has two pockets.

Today’s card features two new products that you’ll be able to purchase on May 4th when the new Annual Catalog goes live!
- Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper #155499
- 2021-2023 In Color Jewels #155571
I started with a piece of Highland Heather cardstock (you can find the measurements I used below the Supply List). Then I added a piece of Basic White cardstock to the inside. Next, I added the beautiful Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper to the front of the card.
Then I cut two rectangles using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies out of Highland Heather & Basic White cardstock. I added the sentiment to the white rectangle using Highland Heather ink and then adhered the two rectangles together. I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back (only on the top and in the center) and adhered it to the Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper.
I cut a butterfly out of Highland Heather cardstock using the Brilliant Wings Dies and added half of a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional to the back (in the center) and adhered it to the Basic White rectangle. I added a Fresh Freesia (one of our new colors) In Color Jewel to the center of the butterfly (the package includes all the new In Colors). It’s hard to see how pretty this little gem is in my picture.

Today’s cards features the stamp set, Pretty Perennials and a little sneak peek of one of the new In Colors, Polished Pink. This color will be available on May 4th when the new Annual Catalog goes live! I also made the card in Melon Mambo so you can compare the colors but for this first card I used Polished Pink.
First, I stamped the sentiment in Memento Ink and I used the Stamparatus because it allows you to stamp in the same place multiple times for a nice bold image. If you’ve never heard of a Stamparatus and would like to learn more, please check out this video.
The large flower images were stamped in Polished Pink ink and then I used Bermuda Bay ink for the smaller flowers. I used Memento ink for the center of all the flowers
I adhered the stamped piece to Basic Black cardstock and then adhered that to a base of Polished Pink. For this next card, I stamped the large flowers in Melon Mambo ink and stamped the smaller flowers in Daffodil ink. I used Basic Black cardstock, as I did on the card above, and adhered it to a Melon Mambo card base.
Imagine all the possibilities with this stamp set!

Happy Monday!
For those of you who look forward to my Friday Tutorials, I want to apologize for not having a tutorial for you on Friday. I was under the weather for a few days last week and late Friday, I realized what day it was (why can’t I keep track of the days??) and that I’d forgotten to create a tutorial. I’m sorry for any disappointment.
Today I’m sharing the RETIRING Simply Citrus All-Inclusive Card Kit. This kit contains all the materials you’ll need to create 15 cards – 3 each of 5 different designs. It also includes a stamp set, a Night of Navy Stampin’ Spot (small inkpad) and envelopes! It’s available while supplies last!
I have three of the five cards to share with you. You can assemble the cards exactly as suggested or do your own thing! I made a few slight changes to my cards. The card bases are preprinted so you simply fold on the score line, stamp your sentiment and begin adhering all the pieces. (I used Memento ink on the first card before I realized a stamp pad was included – the other two cards were made with Night of Navy ink).
The colors used in this set are Calypso Coral, Garden Green, Just Jade, Mango Melody, Night of Navy and white.
A printed cardboard box is included along with a clear block, flowers, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Glue Dots and twine. Everything you’ll need is included in the kit. Once you’ve made all the cards, you’ll still have a great stamp set to use over and over again!
